Ordered curtains in May still not received them. Promised delivery week of 16th August still haven't arrived. No response to last emails of phone messages. Very disappointed

Don't answer calls / Don't return emails / No Way of contacting customer Service despite three calls. Delayed / missed delivery and won't respond

Think they are having a bad time. Still waiting for delivery.. ordered over 2 weeks ago, couldn't get hold of customer services, phones & live chats have been turned off. Finally received a notification to say order has been dispatched, but still waiting. I understand we are going through hard times with covid & multiple shipping.. but still very frustrating.

Paper arrived damaged ive emailed to sort out and no one has come back to me !!!! So I’m afraid that’s a huge negative

Terrible customer service and are unable to tell me why I keep being promised a delivery that never comes. They just give stock answers every time and have still not resolved the problem, still no curtains. Go elsewhere! I wish I'd researched them better before I ordered

Inspite of the rug being in stock according to websit. It has taken over 6 weeks for the delivery. I had to chase about the delay. No one from Claytons contacted me regarding the delay. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping with Claytons again.

Awful, awful, awful. Jane Clayton has a really bad system that cannot confirm at the time of ordering whether your item is available. They take your money immediately and then weeks later tell you that your item is unavailable or worse discontinued. You then have to wait a lifetime for a refund. DO NOT USE.

Sadly Jane Clayton cannot not be relied upon if you are a professional - they three times sent me the non fire rated material I ordered - with the last being FR but completely unusable as it was heavily marked from being on the roll. Their customer services take days to respond / action and when promising next day delivery you can expect 10 day service. If you have deadlines I would not recommend.

Unwilling to accept the return of one unopened roll of wallpaper. Had to seek consumer advice to learn that I am entitled under contract Sumer law to return it. The situation is unresolved

Was waiting two months for my order to arrive. Poor communication throughout. Wallpaper arrived and was very thin poor quality

Jane Clayton ordered their material to be delivered from France but failed to understand how to navigate the new customs system so the material never arrived, meaning we have been without curtains for 2 months now. In addition, they have been utterly confused by the whole situation so we as customers have been caught between dealing them and the delivery company. No one knows anything, including where the curtains are, except the fact they’ve taken our money.

Really disappointed as company doesn’t accept returns for unused unopened wallpaper. Left with a £70 roll of wallpaper that will never be used!

The delivery of the wallpaper was fine however, when I ordered it I was told by the calculator on the website to order three rolls which I did. I was unaware that I could not return any unopened rolls. As it turned out two rolls was plenty. So essentially I was told to buy more than I needed and unable to return the extra roll. The customer service staff are very polite but not helpful in resolving the issue. Check the returns policy before you buy and calculate yourself!

I purchased some French fabric, which arrived 2 weeks late. I have given a review of 1 star as the customer service team at Jane Clayton are completely unresponsive. Their customer service telephone line is constantly on answerphone, which is very poor. I left 2 voicemails and and 2 emails and got no reply at all. In the end I contacted them by social media and got a reply. I will not be using Jane Clayton again as their customer service is very poor, and the delivery of my fabric was late. Not good enough.

I can see that you were kept informed of the delays to your order and we hope that you can understand that we have been experiencing much higher volumes of enquiries due to Brexit and Covid which may have impacted on your order. The fabric is wonderful, Designers Guild is always good quality. The service from Jane Clayton & Co. was incredibly poor, automatic emails to enquiries, no actual response to any questions. The website says to check when fabric will be delivered it states 3-5 working days, I allowed 9 days before contacting them. It didn't install confidence when I also discovered the Phone lines turned off. It made me concerned that I had ordered from a supplier that would not deliver. To change this perception, all that was needed was for someone to check the order number, and advise that it had been forwarded to Designers Guild & was being processed. This would have saved a lot of angst and wouldn't have resulted in a lost customer. I will order directly from DG in future.
