Not able to see size or colours of main pattern

I am very disappointed in the sample that I recieved, it shows no colors just some green leaves, no bird nothing so that I can see what colors are in this fabric, I understand that the fabric is cotton and linen but to not get a sample to see all the colors, it makes it too hard to choose this fabric as a sure purchase.

The fabric sample was so small and definitely not representative of the colour pattern. Consequently, I decided not to buy the fabric for my curtains. An online purchase the sample needs to be big enough so you can at least see all the colours, the sample I received was particularly awful.

Took a while to send and only sent one of the two fabrics. Then a week later got an email to say the other one wouldn’t be in stock for several months.

I ordered and paid for three rug samples. UPS couldn’t find my address so I had to redirect delivery to the nearest eligible shop and make a trip to collect. Of the three samples I received, there was one that I actually ordered and two that I didn’t. Reporting this to JC led to a requirement to provide photographic evidence before it could be addressed. All in all, quite a lot more effort than it was worth.

I bought carpet 160x230 ehich I received all good and in timely manner. Issue is that carpet is actually 160x330cm even though it is written on the label 160x230cm. I have sent complaint email to the company which nobody even replied to like they don’t care. I told thrm I’m extremly dissatisfied with the purchase and will not be buying any carpets from them because of this. Additionally print is distorted because somebody made a mistake in the production obviously.

This was as bad as admin gets for a company like this. Hopeless. In error I put my own name not the delivery name on the order for Italy. As soon as I received the order which specifically says to please check and contact us to amend any errors before dispatch i started to try calling. Never any reply at all, i called several time. The other option was an e mail. I emailed. No response at all for 48 hours by which time the consignment had been shipped. I got a reply to email very late and it was a waste of time. It cost me a lot of money to finally stop Italian customs sending the package back to the UK. Abslutely dreadful administration.

Ordered 15m from the outlet. It never said it wasn't available. Booked up a curtain maker to make them. 4 days later get told they dont have the fabric in one complete lengths just bits. So disappointed as there is nothing to say they may not be able to supply an outlet fabric.

Sizes not consistent, or the size ordered, patterns not matched, unusable curtains delivered with no conceivable way of fitting as advertised. To be fair the fabric is the best apect of the part order that was usable although not the correct size. The other part of the order has to be returned, and so far she is being difficult about it, failing to respond.

We haven’t received our smokes yet. Tracking tells us they are still in Bristol and have been there since 31 st July.
