Disappointed with the quality of this premium priced wallpaper. Matching lengths was extremely difficult. After spending time to ensure each length was cut to match, after pasting and placing on the wall the pattern maintained matching from the ceilng to a quarter way down the wall and then started to "stretch" c5mm out of pattern

I have ordered 5 samples and just 2 of them arrived, I did't get any email about the missing ones.

Great efficient service however samples sent are too small especially if requesting samples of patterned paper which incorporates far design more than the sample received. I have no problem in paying for the sample but in comparison to other online wallpaper samples received, would not be happy to use this company again.

Although the rug is great the late delivery and lack of information regarding timescales was poor and for that reason I would not recommend you.

I requested a material sample, the piece that was sent was tiny and did not show any colours of the material, just an expanse of cream, no use whatsoever, when I questioned it I was told there was no more to send...poor show given I was all set to buy 14 meters of material at over £150 a meter, I will take my business elsewhere.

The farrow and ball ocelot wallpaper in brown was gorgeous but the wait time on delivery was ridiculous! It took over a fortnight to arrive, by which time I’d had to reschedule the decorator as the paper didn’t arrive in time. I’d never order from this company again if I could help it.

I ordered some Osborne & Little cushions, which were very expensive!, and I am very disappointed at how the pattern has been displayed on the cushion...it is not centered and does not show the true beauty of this material ☹️ they do not look nice enough for the price of this fabric!!

Royal mail delivered my package to the wrong address so I wouldn’t know as I never received it , the proof of delivery was of someone else’s house

I ordered 8 samples (3 of which I paid for) I also paid £2.50 postage. 1 of the samples Roseraie is just a plain piece of cloth - no pattern or colour. 2 of the others are so small ( woodland chorus & Fernery) - I can't tell if they're what I want or not. Very disappointed 😞

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm sorry to learn of your disappointment with this Samples order. It sounds as if you have received the incorrect sample of the Roseraie Fabric by Clarke & Clarke, so I have raised a replacement order for this sample. I do apologise about this error. With regards to the size of the Woodland Chorus & Fernery Embroidery samples by Sanderson, our sample sizes do vary depending on supplier. Whilst smaller samples can sometimes assist with fabric decisions due to getting a feel for the thickness and colour scheme of the fabric, I appreciate that decisions are not always possible without seeing a larger part of the pattern. For this reason, we are happy to provide larger returnable samples which can be selected on our website - simply add the standard samples to your basket, and on the basket page underneath each product, you can use the drop down to select a Returnable sample. Please note, larger samples cost £15 and must be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. I have raised a replacement order for the standard size of these two samples in case another small piece of the fabric assists you in making your decision, but please do feel free to place a large sample order if this would help at all. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us on 01761 404505 and we would be happy to place this order over the phone for you. Would not recommend. The curtains I ordered are beautiful, but they took much longer than promised, customer service were very difficult to reach, the parcel was delivered not on the day listed on the tracking page but on another day, to the wrong address, and communication with customer service to retrieve the parcel was painstakingly slow - they made no effort to retrieve the parcel or help me, in the end I pieced it together and managed to track the parcel down but the whole thing was very time-consuming, stressful and frustrating.

The quality of your goods are good, but I made 3 orders from you recently and all 3 had delivery issues. 3 to 5 days turned into 4-5 weeks. Curtains required multiple chasing. You shouldn’t set expectations on website which can’t be delivered

I've always loved the products at Jane Clayton website, and generally when I've ordered items and samples they have arrived quickly. My most recent order was disppointing in terms of customer service. The products themselves are fine. However the delivery timescales kept changing and our expectations were not managed by either Jane Clayton or UPS the delivery company. The rug underlsy arrived quickly without the carpet, within the 2-5 dsy delivery timescale on the written confirmation. But we needed to chase several times for information on when the rug would be delivered and although Jane Clayton team replied quickly by email each time, the replies were along the lines of 'its delayed', 'we dont know the timescale' etc were not helpful - the rug was for a birthday present for my husband who is ill - we didnt receive it in time for his birthday, which was embarrassing for us. A few weeks later I received UPS delivery email - UPS changed the delivery days and times four times before we actually received the rug. This meant waiting in for the delivery each time and feeling anxious a fed up about whether we would actually receive anything, or if the product was out of stock, or if we had wasted our money. Its not possible for us to have large items like rugs left with neighbours if we are out, we live in a townhouse with no garage or snywhere else to leave deliveries. I buy most things online from various businesses and generally their services are good and reliable. I feel sad that I will probably not buy anything from Jane Clayton again. Despite your lovely range of products, I'd look elsewhere for home furnishings and interior design products, because in this situation we could not rely on the delivery timescales at your website when we placed the order, in the order confirmation email, or from the delivery agent, and information given by your team when asked was too vague to help us know about the status of our order. Products are great, but as a customer my expectations were poorly managed.

The blind took a long time to arrive which I can understand but I can’t comprehend how it was sent out with no brackets. I’m still waiting for them and wasted a morning on getting someone in to put them up which has cost me money
