“The farrow and ball ocelot wallpaper in brown was gorgeous but the wait time on delivery was ridiculous! It took over a fortnight to arrive, by which time I’d had to reschedule the decorator as the paper didn’t arrive in time. I’d never order from this company again if I could help it.”

“Blinds have arrived and are well made. Unfortunately, customer service not great. never got delivery confirmation and my blinds took almost twice as long as they said they would, with people telling me different dates and noone being able to confirm the situation.”

“Order placed 22.11.24 with order reading still in transit to Sheffield with UPS & no confirmation of delivery date even after contacting UPS by telephone. Therefore, cannot really comment regarding service only that delivery method is not very satisfactory. I hope the items are intact when they eventually arrive!”
