“My daughter needed a specific material for a college project that had to be completed at the end of last week. The Thursday before we tried a number of outlets in Leicester but unfortunately couldn't find anything suitable. I managed to find a good likeness on the Jane Clayton page stating a two working day delivery so we went with it. I didn't receive any emails regarding delivery or the order and on Monday spoke to customer service. The lady was very nice but because a system was down couldn't do anything. She did say she would email me later in the day with an update. I phoned again Tuesday because I still hadn't heard back and again a very nice customer service lady did assure me it would be with me the next day. I had to reiterate that if it didn't arrive as promised it would be too late to complete so I would have to have a refund. Fortunately it did arrive but I was very disappointed with the lack of information and taking almost a week to arrive.”
