“Tried to sort my issue of cartages that didn't work, so now left with no printer, Ive been asked to return the faulty cartages before new ones will be sent. Very frustrating.”

“Usually very good but on this occasion the cartridge for my canon MG2950S Was rejected by the printer as not acceptable(It was not a genuine canon cartridge)546XL Re manufactured....”

“I found that the ink was acceptable for printing documents, but when it came to photos I found the ink bled especially the black, so I think I will have to go back to the original ink.”

“The products and prices are fine, but they have an irritating habit of ringing you up unasked. I buy ink when I need it. I'm not going to buy more in response to a phone call!”

“I have generally had good experience with ink and especially delivery times but last order the black took several loading/unloadings before it was accepted only for the printer to reject the magenta which was not empty, and used up 2 of my spare cartridges before one was eventually accepted. I hope your previous assurances that cartridge identity problems are no longer an issue as this is the reason I will continue to be one of your customers.”

“Replacement compatible ink is good value for money but you tend to have to order an extra few as I always find with each delivery a few don't work or the printer fails to recognise the compatible cartridges, for example, want 10 order 12 to make up.”

“Deliveries have been timely and cartridges normally perform well. However last Friday we changed the black Cartridge on our printer and then it wouldn't orint properly. We were shocked and dismayed when we turned the printer back on Monday tried to print and realised the cartridge had exploded in the printer, there was a paddle of ink everywhere and despite trying to clear it for over 2 hours there was ink stil spilt in the printer which has stopped working since then. So basically the cartridge damaged our printer.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry you have had an issue with your printer. Please see the details below: The most common problems with printers are failing printhead and overflowing waste ink pads located at the base of the printer which are designed to soak up any ink left over at the end of printing, and they also soak up ink used during a printhead cleaning. Unfortunately, once these waste ink pads are full the printer will no longer work correctly. From the description you have given it would appear that the puddle of ink is caused by the waste ink pad overflowing as opposed to the ink cartridge exploding. “Not pleased with my last purchase, printer still showing that the inks are empty and the cartridges installed have previously been filled. Not had this problem in the past but the cartridges were of a different style this time.”

“I have purchased from you before - maybe says it all ! The quality is good. I have an Epson printer. The problem I regularly have is that I get a message saying cartridge not recognised.It then will not print , until the cartridge is replaced. Sometimes the cartridges are over half full , but have to be discarded.”

“It actually didn't. It has in the past but suddenly my rather old HP 8450 photo printer is printing very bad photos in colour. It may be the printer or a firmware update blocking compatible cartridges but results are now very poor.”
