“unfortunately the compatible cartridges have flagged an error on the Canon printer - so the lesson learnt is only buy Canon in future”

“OVERALL I HAVE ENJOYED A GOOD SERVICE BUT HAVING JUST ORDERED INKS ONLINE I NOTICED THAT THE PROMISED 14% DISCOUNT USING THE CODE 'INK14' DID NOT TRANSPIRE AND I ONLY RECIEVED THE USUAL 10%. PERHAPS THIS WAS DOWN TO A GLITCH ON THE WEBSITE BUT NOT VERY HAPPY. SUGGEST THE COMPANY LOOKS INTO THIS TO AVOID FUTURE DISAPPOINTMENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. BRIAN STARKEY ( SUFFOLK ).”

“I used your inks for many years but began to experience clogging problems and moved to another supplier. The clogging stopped but the overall results were inferior. I tolerated this for a couple of years and now I am giving you a second chance. It's too early to tell yet! Regards”

All of our cartridges carry a 12 month warranty. A simple reset of a printer is sometimes all that is required to get compatible cartridges working again. Our support staff are always available to help with issues. Please call on 0800 612 0874.

“second administrator could have been more understanding of problem with faulty cartridges considering hassle although did receive replacements next day. ps new cartriges working ok”

“Usually pretty good, but I just installed a new black compatible cartridge for my Canon Printer and it didn't work, seemed to be dry. Tried another and it worked ok. Disappointing really as I'm normally happy with this company.”

“I find your site a bit difficult, but finally got to what I was looking for - 4 Epson compatible cartridges TO711 - 14. Having typed in my order, I added my 10% discount code but was told three times that my code was invalid. I could have given up and gone to another site, but your prices are attractive and your ink cartridges are reliable, so I phoned one of your customer assistants the next morning. She was friendly and helpful and my order arrived the next day. It wasn't clear why the code, which I entered correctly, was rejected.”

“Usually order by phne but its Saturday, so tried the web. Took me ages to work out that one had to scroll down as first visible page did not suggest that there was more to follow! Finally decided to go onto 'My account' but password was not accepted. Eventually worked my way through but when I came to 'Pay' the web site for paying by Card would not work!! so off to Paypal- seemed I did not have an account as it did not recognise my email address(es) It happened to be the moment that credit cards were renewed so security number was an issue! In the end I received a message 'fatal flaw'. but receipts were sent out so just await the arrival in hope of my order! Its taken me 2 hours!! Not a happy experience!”

“Yes they are cheap and reasonable value for money but I do find that I need to allow for contingency and order a few extra because in all the time I've been using them within each batch there are always a small number that the printer fails to recognise when installing new cartridges or fail part way through when they still have ink in them.”

“I had 3 tri-colour ink cartridges before one worked satisfactorily. Internet Ink were good at replacing the faulty ones and eventually sent one which had been personally checked. OK but I was without colour for a couple of weeks, Next time I will ask them to check before they send one out.”

“Initially the cartridges were not compatible for my Epson printer. It is only by changing all the cartridges that they were accepted. This means throwing out new cartridges to adapt. It remains to be seen if I have any further problems.”

“This is not a criticism but there were some problems. The cartridges that were supposed to be compatible with my HP Pro 6830 were not. I am still awaiting a new batch to see if the new set work. However the staff have been very helpful. Peter Fox”

“This order was cancelled by Internet Ink because they made a pricing error on their website. When they corrceted the error it increased the price from £12 for two packs to £19 for one pack. I can buy cheaper than this elsewhere.”
