“First oder to try out as a new supplier but on opening a black cartridge, the ink ran out everywhere and after clean up installed into printer to find print quality was dull in comparison to previous brands. I have been promised a replacement and a very fast response and apology from the company looks promising. I have yet to receive the replacement but I am sure it will arrive soon and I can make this a 5 star review”

“Cartridges are very good quality, and reasonably priced; however, the LM cartridges can be rejected by the printer, as unrecognisable, and despite trying everything, including advice you have sent, nothing remedies the situation. I now have had three of these. Otherwise, very satisfied.”

“Great price. I haven't had a chance to use yet but I will update my post. I paid for tracked 24 delivery, arrived in 48 hours. It would be better if clients were informed that less than 48 is impossible for delivery to Scotland.”
