“My last cartridge lasted for less than 100 pages. It was on minimal coverage & draft setting. It should be closer to 1,000 pages. When I contacted customer services, I was told that this is normal & no replacement was offered. I could have sent it back for their review, but it had already been disposed of. I find it unacceptable that it is described as 1,000 pages, but reality is less than 10% of that.”
