Have used internet ink for a long time as they are extremely reliable, fast and suit my needs as a mature student who undertakes a lot of printing. However, I purchased a blank XL HP 301 cartridge not too long ago which turned out to be faulty. It was over the bank holiday weekend so I took photos of the error messages and the actual cartridge and sent them to the help desk email address. I received a swift and helpful response on the Tuesday saying that they could provide a refund or exchange. This was great, however, I had needed to purchase a replacement that weekend so I kept the receipt. Internet Ink now state that I need to return the faulty cartridge to them! Sadly, this was immediately disposed of at it had leaked in my printer, on my hands and on my desk!! The only option was to throw it in the bin. If the website help pages had stated that cartridges would need to be kept then I would have wrapped it up and saved it. I will know next time, I suppose.....
