“Initially ordered a replacement cartridge, as the previous compatible one (multicolour) would not work at all. (1st time in about 15years of regualr ordering.)Mentioned this in a comment widow and within 24hours received an email to enquire details of the non functioning. Cartridge. Received a replacement cartridge and a brief but polite email with apology . Also got the cartridge I ordered first within 48hours. Unexpected and much appreciated. Excellent customer service.”
