Very good web site and easy to order ink. Excellent delivery service and price. My only issue, is, my Epson printer did not like having this compatible ink and would not accept it. After 1 hour of trying, it finally worked. It took about 10 pages of printing before print was acceptable. Not sure if I will try this compatible ink again, or just pay the extra for Epson ink. On the invoice, they give you instructions about installing the cartridges, but maybe we need this information before we purchase the product.
