“First oder to try out as a new supplier but on opening a black cartridge, the ink ran out everywhere and after clean up installed into printer to find print quality was dull in comparison to previous brands. I have been promised a replacement and a very fast response and apology from the company looks promising. I have yet to receive the replacement but I am sure it will arrive soon and I can make this a 5 star review”

“Cartridges are very good quality, and reasonably priced; however, the LM cartridges can be rejected by the printer, as unrecognisable, and despite trying everything, including advice you have sent, nothing remedies the situation. I now have had three of these. Otherwise, very satisfied.”

“Ran out yellow ink , replacement not recognised, spoke to you and got detailed reply to fix.No joy , suggested out of date, ordered new which didn't work. Last resort re-tried original replacement and it worked.No idea why but thanks for your prompt suggestion and service.9”

“In the main we have had good experiences with Internet Ink; orders have been processed and received in a good time-frame and we have received all that we ordered. Hhowever we have had a pronlem with the home-brand ink cartridges for a Canon inkjet printer not lasting long. We have taken this up wuth II, but are still waiting for a resolution to this problem.”

“Have used Internet Ink for a year or two now - Which Magazine recommended the company and the products so I gave it ago and was not disappointed. Good, quick serivce after ordering (they must cover hundreds of different printers so finding yours needs a little care). My cartridges work well and are a lot cheaper that Printer own brands. I have no negative comments or views about the quality and service. Thanks Internet Ink”
