“Simple to order the correct printer ink and was cheaper than many competitors, although the price of ink is too expensive for such a simple product. The cartridges arrived swiftly but not within 48 hours of ordering because it appears to take 48 hours for the order to be processed and then passed to the delivering company (Royal Mail in this case). I ordered in anticipation of running out of ink so have not had chance to instal or use the ink yet so cannot comment this early on.”

“Hi, Thank you for asking. Perhaps you need to consider your packaging. The delivery driver apologised because the depot had to repack because your packaging had burst. The contents were ok and none missing. Thankyou”

“Easy to use cartridge finder. I recommend only buying what you need if you are an infrequent user of print material. I had a cartridge from this company (bought 2 at the same time) and on installation the second container ink had severely faded. Seems to be beyond its shelf life. Hence a single unit purchase this time round and delivery is quite quick.”

“I have liked Internet Ink prices for a long time. When it was possible to order by phone I had no difficulties. But since changing to only on line ordering my very basic ability is put to the test and long delays are encountered as I try to laboriously search the needed information to complete the order. That might seem to be surprising to some readers but old fogies like me like simplicity and where simplicity must be avoided at all cost I am left out.”

“In the past I have been able to call you and order over the phone - always quick and simple. Not any more. This time I had to order on the internet. My password was not accepted, so went through the 'forgotten your password link' but then would not accept the new password. Tried several times and was timed out by google. Struggled then to make an order based on the previous item code, which was not recognised. Eventually made order based on printer model no. (NB Must remember this for next time.) Fortunately then somehow your system recognised me from my email address and order was completed. Then struggled with payment. I did not recognise that there were more than one MasterCard options, but eventually by scrolling down the full page, eventually got there. I am not not a savvy internet user, being in my mid 80's . Then when I wanted to print out the invoice I had to print p2 and p3 to capture the full info! Let's have things more user friendly please.. It has taken me well over an hour to get to the end of this process.”
