“They don’t work on the printer”

“I loaded the ink into my printer and it does not recognise the cartridges, even though they are labelled with the same identifying codes as the ones I usually buy. Very disappointed and now I will need to find out how to ask for a refund”

“They didn’t work in my printer. I’ve had to buy a new one. It is the same as the old one, so when it needs ink I’ll give them another try.”

“2 cartridges were as much use as a chocolate fireguard, they would not lock in and caused an error with my printer. My own fault for buying third party inks, stick to buying OEM ink in future, as I always peviously have done.”

“The initial cartridges did not work, but they sent out another lot, but was told that if the second lot did not work they would refund the order, and accept the cartridges back. When the second lot did not work either, I was told that since I have removed the tabs, that they would NOT have them back.... Great customer service lol, maybe I should have just asked for a refund when the first lot did not work...”

“We recently bought an Epson XP8700. Having finished the initial ink supply, the comparison of the same printed photo using compatible ink was not acceptable for a displayed photo. The colours were too red and heavier.”

Good Morning, My apologies that the delivery wasn't as fast as you expected. The order was made on Wednesday night, dispatched on the Thursday and was with you on the Saturday. This is exactly what we would expect from the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. In future, there is a 24 Hour Tracked service also available for an additional £1.99.

“This company is a con. Their ink carriages do not work on epson printers as they claim. They do not refund you for retiring their faulty products. They do no abide by the consumer goods act. Avoid avoid avoid they are a scam”

Good afternoon Your returned 3 cartridges saying they were faulty. Despite our workshop finding no fault with the cartridges we have refunded you in full and paid the return postage cost. If we are a con it`s a bit odd as we have refunded you in full. How are we conning you. Your email replies are random, rude and make no sense. We don`t know why you wrote this review.
