This company is a con. Their ink carriages do not work on epson printers as they claim. They do not refund you for retiring their faulty products. They do no abide by the consumer goods act. Avoid avoid avoid they are a scam

Good afternoon Your returned 3 cartridges saying they were faulty. Despite our workshop finding no fault with the cartridges we have refunded you in full and paid the return postage cost. If we are a con it`s a bit odd as we have refunded you in full. How are we conning you. Your email replies are random, rude and make no sense. We don`t know why you wrote this review.

I bought three HP compatible colour cartridges in April 2022. When I tried to use them in January 2023 the printer refused to print and rejected the cartridges as being a non-genuine HP product. I raised this with Internet Ink who said they disclaimed liability for cartridge incompatibility with printer firmware. In effect, the problem was mine: either I would have to find a way to reverse previous upgrades to my printer firmware or I would have to throw away my cartridges. Internet Ink provide software to downgrade firmware for PC users, but not those unfortunate customers who own Macs. Instead, Internet Ink referred me to a link to firmware downgrades made available by a user on Reddit. However, if I downloaded from that source I would have to override the built in Mac security software and take the risk of running software damaging my laptop or printer. I would also risk breaking my printer warranty. Internet Ink have recently added a clause in their terms and conditions whereby they disclaim liability for cartridge incompatibility with printer firmware, and they include a slip of paper in the delivery of their products advising customers to turn off automatic firmware upgrades. However, when I bought my cartridges the warnings were less prominent, and the clause in their terms and conditions was not present. Despite this they refused to refund me or supply a replacement. I accept that compatible cartridge suppliers cannot future proof their products when the likes of HP write firmware updates to prevent these cartridges from working. However, the unsuspecting customer needs to be advised of the problem at the time of purchase, and if the supplier refuses to take responsibility this must be made clear at the time of purchase. Neither occurred at the time of purchase. I received very poor customer service from Internet Ink over this purchase when I raised this as a complaint. There is at least one of Internet Ink’s competitors that has a non quibble policy of refunding customers whose cartridges do not work. It is definitely worth shopping around for suppliers who take their contractual responsibilities seriously and treat their customers with respect.

I recently bought a set of ink cartridges for my Epson, within days the printer stopped printing properly, then I found that the ink had run out underneath the printer onto the carpet, what a disaster. I have been using printers for years so I am not a novice, anyway I will not be buying from Internet ink again.

The cartridges were correct for the printer but 2 had missing plastic clips at the top, it is possible to use them but i am concerned that they will come lose over time.

Dear Mr Carter, I am sorry to hear there is a problem with a couple of ink cartridges purchased from us recently. As it's must unusual for any such issues to occur, I have contacted our purchasing department to discuss this further. I can now confirm that we purchase these particular LC127 & LC125 series compatible ink cartridges from several different suppliers therefore the cartridges may vary slightly in their packaging and design. We currently hold x2 different type cartridges in our warehouse; the cartridges supplied without the plastic lever have a little notch at the top to assist you with removing the cartridges easily once they're empty, and - unlike the cartridges supplied with a lever - these particular ink tanks also come without a spring, to ensure they remain firmly seated in their slots. Our compatible cartridges are sourced and purchased only from a handful of suppliers who have been through a rigorous assessment by ourselves, and as such all of the products we sell are guaranteed to function correctly in their respective printer models. In light of the above, although we are sure you will get on with these inks just fine, we would like to reassure you that all of our products come with a full 12-month warranty for your added peace of mind. Excellent service and best value around for the ink-cartridges I use. The only time I had a problem it was resolved without delay. I recommend Internet-Ink without hesitation for value and service.

Not very good. Didn't have full set of 12 inks so bought one set and was promised you would get second set soon. That was months back. Changed supplier. And never discounts on Canon inks.

Great service and product the problem is they just won't leave you alone! The constant bombardment of special offers become tiresome enough to make you unsubscribe from their service but the bombardment just doesn't stop.

My cartridges were rejected by my printer. On emailing the company I was given a reference number and assured the issue would be looked into. After 3 weeks of waiting I sent another email asking what was happening. The reply was that I would now be at the back of the queue in getting a response. I don't think I will ever get a response. I just want my money back. This is the first time I have had any issues with Internet ink but will never use them again

misleading I ordered a multi pack, assuming that I would get the same number of colour i the pack, unfortunately I received 1 blk and 3 of the other colours. Why would someone want 3 of every other colour and not black, that is clear that it was purposely misleading. This was my first order and definitely my last

I have looked in to your query for you and I can confirm that the pack that you have selected and ordered is the ‘colour mixed pack’ which does contain x3 of each colour (cyan, magenta, yellow) and x1 black cartridge as specified in the product description and the accompanying image. The pack has been created on request of customers who print mainly photographs and as such require a lot of coloured ink. We do have another pack available at the same price – this is called the ‘twin pack’ which contains x2 of each colour and x4 black cartridges. If you feel the twin pack would be more beneficial to you and you would like to return x1 of each of the colour cartridges, we will happily exchange these to x3 black cartridges which in turn would make up the twin pack. The cartridges were very cheaply priced, and arrived quickly but.... broke my printer. This is the second time that using cheap non-brand ink has broken a printer so, for me, never again!
