Ink cartridges were not compatible with my Epson printer. What a waste of money.

Not very good. Didn't have full set of 12 inks so bought one set and was promised you would get second set soon. That was months back. Changed supplier. And never discounts on Canon inks.

Great service and product the problem is they just won't leave you alone! The constant bombardment of special offers become tiresome enough to make you unsubscribe from their service but the bombardment just doesn't stop.

My cartridges were rejected by my printer. On emailing the company I was given a reference number and assured the issue would be looked into. After 3 weeks of waiting I sent another email asking what was happening. The reply was that I would now be at the back of the queue in getting a response. I don't think I will ever get a response. I just want my money back. This is the first time I have had any issues with Internet ink but will never use them again

misleading I ordered a multi pack, assuming that I would get the same number of colour i the pack, unfortunately I received 1 blk and 3 of the other colours. Why would someone want 3 of every other colour and not black, that is clear that it was purposely misleading. This was my first order and definitely my last

Dear Mr Dermitzakis, Thank you for getting in touch. I have looked in to your query for you and I can confirm that the pack that you have selected and ordered is the ‘colour mixed pack’ which does contain x3 of each colour (cyan, magenta, yellow) and x1 black cartridge as specified in the product description and the accompanying image. The pack has been created on request of customers who print mainly photographs and as such require a lot of coloured ink. We do have another pack available at the same price – this is called the ‘twin pack’ which contains x2 of each colour and x4 black cartridges. If you feel the twin pack would be more beneficial to you and you would like to return x1 of each of the colour cartridges, we will happily exchange these to x3 black cartridges which in turn would make up the twin pack. If you wish to arrange return, please send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number 4882377, and we will provide an RMA number for you to use. Thank you. Having looked in to this for you, I can confirm that your order was successfully received on Wednesday 1st April 2020, and you had selected our free delivery service, the order was dispatched on Thursday 2nd April 2020 via Royal Mail 1st Class postal service, therefore while under normal circumstances we would expect this to have arrived with you by now as such deliveries are usually make in 1-3 working days, given the current on-going situation with COVID-19, we are aware that there are currently some delays within the postal system which may have affected your order. The cartridges were very cheaply priced, and arrived quickly but.... broke my printer. This is the second time that using cheap non-brand ink has broken a printer so, for me, never again!

The ink is not compatible with my Epson printer although in the description it should be. All are unopened except one Cyan. I shall return all and would like a refund please. Thanks.

Cannot believe you charged me the price you did for 1 ink cartridge (Cannon MP 492) TYPE C513) £26.09. I thought this was for 2. I could have gone to another company and got 2 black and white and 1 color for £34.00. If this is your costs now i will go else where. I have been a loyal customer to you for many years.

The ink quality is very poor - the colours are not true. It turned out to be more expensive than if I had bought genuine products. Will not be using you again.

the last batch of cartridges simply will not work on my printers and i have been using my previous stock so its not a printer issues i would appreciate you sending me a fresh batch to replace the last order or i am going to have to look elsewhere for another supplier and i have been usung you for many years now without any issues

Only 1 black ink cartridge out or 10, 3 of each of the other colours is the wrong mix

Having checked our records I can see that you have placed an order for a colour mixed pack, which contains x1 black cartridge and x3 of each colour (cyan, magenta and yellow). Therefore you have received the correct quantity and selection - however, we also have a 'twin pack' available - this would contain x2 of each colour and a total of x4 black cartridges. A lot of customers, get the 2x options confused and inadvertently order the incorrect pack. If this is the case for yourself, we would be able to exchange x1 of each colour for x3 extra black cartridges if you wish to do so. If you would like to exchange the cartridges, please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and one of our very helpful advisers will be more than happy to assist you in resolving this as soon as possible.
