“It did not make me happy as I had a lot of trouble with the compatible ink and in the end I had to throw away half the ink as tidied not work. That is why I ordered original HP62 to day. Erik la Cour-larsen”

All of our compatible inks are covered by our 12 month warranty and sometimes a simple reset is all that is needed to resolve the issue. “I like the service but I find that the frequency of delivery far outstrips my speed of consumption and I find myself with far more ink than I need.”

“Prices are good on OEM but I've stopped buying reconditioned 'compatible' cartridges, they never work properly and are more hassle than it's worth.”

“Actually it didn't - twice your 351XL compatible colour cartridges for my HP Photosmart C4580 printer both failed after a week or so's relatively small use, with the printer declaring something like "Not recognised" or similar, and you then refused to supply any more and would only sell more expensive "genuine" HP product. You have also refused to take back an unused 350XL compatible black cartridge. It has been suggested to me that the problem may have been caused by the use of your compatible products (though I am not entirely convinced by this theory). I now have a Canon PIXMA MX535 printer, but will probably obtain my (hopefully more reliable) cartridges elsewhere.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our compatible HP cartridges. I can see from your order notes that you were refunded in full. HP are very proactive in installing firmware updates to try to stop compatible cartridges from working in their printers and it is important that updates are not accepted to prevent these types of issues. “Good for quick delivery of cartridges but far too keen to fob everyone off with so-called compatibles which printers often don't like, e.g. by refusing to print or not showing ink levels.”

“I ordered ink using the HP numbers as in previous orders, but the cartridges were not made by HP. The printer recognised 'foreign' cartridges and warned me not to use them. I did use them and no harm has been done but I will ensure I resource genuine HP cartridges in the future.”

Our offices closed at 17.00 on the 26th of May for the Bank Holiday weekend, so the first opportunity to post the order was Tuesday the 30th of May. “I have only used two of the cartridges so far, both required several attemps to load before they would print. I note you say that a mixture of cartridges may cause problems so in time this may rectify its self. Once working printing is satisfactory.”

“Have used internet ink for a long time as they are extremely reliable, fast and suit my needs as a mature student who undertakes a lot of printing. However, I purchased a blank XL HP 301 cartridge not too long ago which turned out to be faulty. It was over the bank holiday weekend so I took photos of the error messages and the actual cartridge and sent them to the help desk email address. I received a swift and helpful response on the Tuesday saying that they could provide a refund or exchange. This was great, however, I had needed to purchase a replacement that weekend so I kept the receipt. Internet Ink now state that I need to return the faulty cartridge to them! Sadly, this was immediately disposed of at it had leaked in my printer, on my hands and on my desk!! The only option was to throw it in the bin. If the website help pages had stated that cartridges would need to be kept then I would have wrapped it up and saved it. I will know next time, I suppose.....”
