“I have purchased from you before - maybe says it all ! The quality is good. I have an Epson printer. The problem I regularly have is that I get a message saying cartridge not recognised.It then will not print , until the cartridge is replaced. Sometimes the cartridges are over half full , but have to be discarded.”

“It actually didn't. It has in the past but suddenly my rather old HP 8450 photo printer is printing very bad photos in colour. It may be the printer or a firmware update blocking compatible cartridges but results are now very poor.”

“Brian Foulkes I have been a customer of Internet Ink for many years and have always found the service to be very good and the costs economical until now. I have just changed my printer from a Canon iP 4600 to a MG 7750 - the iP 4600 just packed up after many years of excellent service. The cost of the ink for the MG 7750 works out at three times more than for the iP 4600! I appreciate there are development costs for new printers, but I think this is rather over the top.”

“I have been a customer for over 7 years and have found your service and prices absolutely excellent BUT I have begun to notice that photographs printed over the last year or so have started to degrade to a nasty orangey hue after a few months. This is not something that has happened with those printed longer ago so I wonder if keeping your prices so low is affecting the quality of the results. I hesitate to change from a supplier who has given such good service but unless you can tell me that this is a problem you are working on I'm afraid I shall have to re-consider.”

“todae have only used the black ink and this was a bit messy putting it in, ink on fingers, but once in-situ it has performed very well if the coloured are up to the same standard I will be well pleased. much cheaper than he original inks, HP.”

“Although they have provided good service and prices in the past, I find it hard as to how, they can justify a 16.89% increase on HP 301 XL cartridge + vat from a purchase I made in April.”

“I placed a repeat order, but the discount code given to me previously didn't work, so I paid the full price. Then when the order confirmation came through it offered me the same discount (and the same code). It's not a lot of cash but do I feel ripped off? OF COURSE I DO.”

I have checked your order and it was for a toner cartridge, if you check the details on the discount voucher you will see it only applies to compatible ink cartridges so this order didn't qualify for the discount. “I am pleased with the service from Internet-Ink and the performance of the inks. The one thing that I am not happy about is the volume of ink per cartridge for my EPSON inkjet printer. The cartridges finish faster than previously. I would urge Internet-Ink to indicate on each cartridge the precise volume of ink contained in it.”

“Very good value for money HP363 cartridges - but offset by the company always sending my stuff by RM 'International Signed For', which I have to pay for, and means the package is NOT delivered to me, but dumped with a 3rd party (a supermarket miles away from where I live) and I am then told to go and collect it! Thanks guys!”
