“The service was really fast and smooth. The only issue was that the surveyor had to reschedule due to sickness but I wasn’t informed verbally and only through a text which didn’t state the reason for the rearrangement. When it was booked in the surveyor called me day before the survey to talk through any concerns I may have and then also called me after the survey had taken place. I couldn’t fault it and the report was received within a day! I would recommend using e.surv.”

“We were very satisfied with the service. We did have to wait a couple of weeks between ordering the survey and the report arriving, but as the price was a good couple of hundred pounds lower than others, this was totally acceptable. Would definitely recommend.”

“The process was simple and straight forward and the survey was done quicker and more thorough than I expected. The only issue I had was the ability to ask a question after about something in the report, this would be nice.”

“The process was seamless, log in details were easy to follow and accessing the report was clear, the report took a week to produce and was easy to follow, formatted well and detailed.”

“Arranging the survey was very simple online. The price, although not quite the cheapest, was competitive and (unlike the cheaper surveys) I got a swift response. The surveyor contacted me to let me know when the survey would take place and then phoned me immediately after the survey to let me know the main findings and answer the various questions that I had. The only issue was that since I had arranged everything over the phone, I didn’t have an account login and so couldn’t access my documents online. Fortunately, though, the surveyor emailed me copies of the documents and so there was no problem. On the whole I was very happy with the experience, but have deducted one star to reflect the fact that there were cheaper options out there and also the fact that there was no clear way for me to set up an online account.”

“I found the process of using iMyHome really quick, easy, efficient and a good price. The only down side was the surveyor they selected. I wasnt advised who this would be beforehand and the surveyors also didnt really keep me updated. I heard about the appointment directly from the sellers, which wasnt great considering I was the one paying for the service.”
