“Initial contact and response was good. This is a good idea to be a one stop shop, however, this does mean that you could be in the lap of the gods as to which company you get to provide the service. fortunatly I had no problems with the delivery of the survey and corresponding survey copy, sent within the expected timescales, via email. So my experience was good one.”

“I found your company online amongst many others and found yours to be more appealing. The prices varied and yours was cheaper then your competitors. Once I downloaded the app and made the appointment I had a couple of phone calls from a very patient polite man who helped explain the process. Once it was booked I could see the information on the app. I did worry a little as the survey seemed to take longer then anticipated but saying that I don't know the usual time length. I'm very pleased over all with the whole survey. I will recommend you in future.”

“The imyhome team were very efficient and polite. Survey was detailed and surveyor helpful when I called with some queries. Only negatives were the time it took to carry out the survey and upload to the net and the actual Web portal which I couldn't get working at all!”

“A straight forward survey. Surveys are always difficult reading because you are basically asking someone to criticize a house of interest. In this case it focused on all the points that were on our minds .”

“Had to wait approx 3 weeks from time of calling to the survey being completed due to availability. Report returned within 24 hours of survey being completed. Clear and concise format. Very please with the service.”

“Online forms didn't allow me to setup a viewing but a phone call got things sorted. Straight forward from then on, easy process, got a good survey from the third party surveyor which iMyHome allocated.”

“Excellent and Helpful service It was a great service . Completed the inspection as earlier as requested. The reports were on time and explained very clearly details of the property. “Absolutely first class service from iMyHome team. i got the HomeBuyers Survey from them. Communication was very clear and precise. All transaction was done over the phone considering the covid times. iMyHome collaborated with the estate agent and the sellers to fix a time. Survey was completed in the agreed date and time. I got my reports in 5 days from the date of the survey. The Surveyors Report, was presented to very high professional standard. The issues were highlighted by using a traffic light system, to show up important works needing to be carried out on our property purchase. However, the Surveyor did not send pictures along with the report. Overall very impressive. Would thoroughly recommend iMyHome. 4.5/5 stars from me.”

“The survey did highlight some points of which we weren't aware which was useful Nothing to deter the purchase thankfully. I did find the report somewhat lengthy and some of the points came up in more than one section. But it was thorough”

“Prior to the survey iMyHome had good customer service and arranged the date quicker than expected. The survey was conducted quickly and easy to read and understand however, some parts weren’t completed as the surveyor couldn’t locate the water cut off or electrical circuit and didn’t mention the fact to the estate agent.”
