The service was really fast and smooth. The only issue was that the surveyor had to reschedule due to sickness but I wasn’t informed verbally and only through a text which didn’t state the reason for the rearrangement. When it was booked in the surveyor called me day before the survey to talk through any concerns I may have and then also called me after the survey had taken place. I couldn’t fault it and the report was received within a day! I would recommend using e.surv.
