Had to wait slightly longer than i hoped but the customer service is very good and the survey was done relatively quickly. I would use them again.

Happy with how the portal worked, report was very comprehensive, but had to chase as was told it would be 5-7 days by the surveyor but still hadn't heard anything by day 8. As soon as we chased it was sent through to us

The surveyor did a great job and was easy To correspond with. There was considerable delay in getting the survey to me

Good communication. Friendly service. Surveyor call day before to introduce himself and to answer any questions. Generally very good and would use again.

I was more than satisfied with the survey carried out on my new home . As an older property the issues were highlighted ,without being alarmists .

Pleased that it was comprehensive and completed fairly quickly for which we paid an extra £50. However having paid this, we were then very disappointed to receive someone else’s report instead of ours. I had to make several phone calls to get the correct one. I feel we should have been refunded the “urgent” £50 fee for this mistake.

The survey itself was extremely helpful, however, I found the surveyor was not helpful when I asked for further information. The survey itself was helpful for providing recommendations but largely failed to explain the rationale behind them and what the actual issues were ie ‘smoke alarm doesn’t meet regulation’ but without the reason for this. When I asked for the reasons behind some of the recommendations, It took over 2 weeks to receive a reply. My queries were only responded to when I chased the surveyor up and only one of my questions was answered (in a rather rude way). Therefore, it seems the survey itself was good but customer service was lacking.

Great service for first time buyers. Used iMyHome for a Home Buyers Report which was at a much more reasonable price compared to other quotes done direct via surveyors. Really pleased with the report which gave me confidence on our house purchase. There is still room for improvment on the service though - it would be great to receive notifcation of work ahead of when it's due to take please. Can be a bit of a nervous wait without a clear place to chase up. Also I would expect the use of local surveyors - in our case we were appointed a company from Cumbria to survey in West Yorkshire.

Email updates as to progress and survey received the same day it was carried out. A slight delay in survey being booked but otherwise cannot fault the service. Would use again
