“When I was assigned a surveyor initially (Connells) I was very disappointed as their reviews online were terrible. They were also very slow and unprofessional even at the start, so I complained and was assigned a different surveyor. He actually rang me and went through issues I had flagged and was available the next day. This was a far better service than Connells. The survey was fine and he did add in some extra photos I asked for. In general all of these surveys are massively overpriced and full of sentences to cover the surveyor’s back. But it did flag some useful information and things for me to look into. Next time I would go to a surveyor directly though as it is pot luck who you get assigned. It’s all about volume, like the online conveyancers.”

“Really helpful customer service team. Survey was not arranged within 7 days as expected, but the survey content was detailed and informative. It highlighted things I had not considered and helped me make my final decision not to proceed with the purchase. Will definitely use iMyHome again and recommend others to use this company 👍🏻”

“Very easy to book. People were friendly. The surveyor called on the morning of the inspection to ask whether I had any specific concerns. Unfortunately I didn't get to speak with him until after the inspection but he gave me a brief overview of his findings which was nice.”
