“The survey did highlight some points of which we weren't aware which was useful Nothing to deter the purchase thankfully. I did find the report somewhat lengthy and some of the points came up in more than one section. But it was thorough”

“Highly recommended, Harry was the contact and found to be very helpful on first enquiry. Explained thoroughly and answered many questions initially and then was kept up to date on the booking in / completion on the survey.”

“Prior to the survey iMyHome had good customer service and arranged the date quicker than expected. The survey was conducted quickly and easy to read and understand however, some parts weren’t completed as the surveyor couldn’t locate the water cut off or electrical circuit and didn’t mention the fact to the estate agent.”

“Every thing was good except for the fact that the survey went ahead with out our final permission. We agreed to the survey but to hold on until we knew the house was ours. As a result the survey was done when we had just lost a buyer on ours. However we now have a new buyer and we hopefully will proceed with the completion.”

“Easy to use and allocated me a great surveyor. Unfortunately the surveyor hold up the sale process cancelling the survey but wasn’t really imymoves issue.”

“I My Home were very helpful and responsive - the first intro call I had with Harry was really helpful, and Harry was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. I wasn't overly impressed with the surveyor as I found the report to be quite unhelpful in places (noting matters as for urgent remedial action, when in actual fact it was more routine or just not being able to rule out a risk). Appreciate surveyors need to "cover themselves", but it wasn't easy to understand which were real problems and which weren't. I've seen a number of these reports before and haven't had this issue before. That said, that isn't a reflection on iMyHome who have been great throughout. I just think next time I would go with a specific surveyor who had been recommended by word of mouth, and who I could have a direct conversation with to discuss the findings.”

“Yes, I was quite satisfied by the recent survey carried out by a qualified surveyor who was efficient and courteous. She called me when she was at the property to carry out her survey to ask my concerns. I received the report the next day of the survey done. I will recommend this company. Thanks”

“The report is really detailed and the plan was reasonably priced. However the online portal was unclear. It told me to log in to see my report and it did not appear. I was unsure if it was complete so had to email.”
