“Very easy to book, very comprehensive and informative survey, could be improved by a follow up phone call from the surveyor to talk through the points raised in the survey. On this occasion we did not complete the purchase due to damp issues raised in the survey, however we will be instructing an imyhome surveyor again on the next property.”

“The survey report we recieved was well laid out and written in terms that are easy to understand. The inspection seemed thorough and highlighted some issues that we are now able to sort. Only reason for not being 5 stars is it took a little while to get a surveyor to the property which delayed the purchase process slightly but thats understandable in current times. Overall the service was exactly what we were expecting and a much more reasonable price than we were quoted by some other companies so would definitely recommend.”

“The surveyor gave a good review overall, but there were a couple of things that could have made it better. The age of the property was incorrect, the survey stated 1980’s where as the bungalow was built in the 1960’s. Also, there was repeated reference to being unable to inspect things like the gutters due to there height, and the surveyors ladders not being high enough, but it’s a bungalow! How small are the ladders? On the upside there was reference to a possible lack of electrical earth which I have now found is an issue with a lot of the properties on this road.”

“Survey was carried out within a week of ordering which was faster than others were quoting. Would have preferred a call from the surveyor to discuss any particular points I wanted looking at before he went in. Wasn't any discussion with the surveyor at all.”
