So far Ive waited 24 days for a delivery for an item still in stock. I’ve sent the same email 3 times, receive the same response, and still no item delivered. No chat or phone number service.

What can I say…..if I could swear I would!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever ordered from. I can’t actually believe they are still selling items that are apparently ‘awaiting stock’ Do not order from here, you will lose your money and not get a refund. DISGUSTING customer service. I’m raging!!!

Terrible company - order was placed 2 months ago. I haven't received the items. I have emailed multiple times and just get automated emails asking for more information about my order.

I didn't receive my goods not have I received my refund. I believe this is called theft.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered items in January a d they never arrived, months went by and they kept sending emails saying they would be back in stock next week. Next week never came. 5 months later I just asked for a refund, now, nearly 4 months after that (10 months after my order) they are still just sending me emails saying the refund is coming and they are dealing with a backlog.

I placed an order in march 2025 it is now October and it is still “out for delivery” . I have chased numerous times and have been completely ghosted by customer service . As bad as it could be .

Awful service. Shipping delay was more than 4 weeks, with the revised delay date missed significantly. Tried to get in touch with someone for help, many many times, and kept getting the same generic responses with no help. There is no number to call or chat box on the website like they mention. Eventually ended up cancelling my order. Will never order from here again.

My delivery has never turned up - I haven’t had a real response from the company. This was a birthday present ordered the beginning of August. This is now nearly October. Is this even a real company?

Ordered back in June. Have requested a refund several times only to receive emails that it’ll be refunded within 3-10 business days. It has now been months with no items or refund. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a backpack for my son in the 22nd August, like other customers was told there was a delay. Then I got the automated email. I’ve sent further emails and requested a refund. Nothing! In fact my email server is now blocked. Avoid at all costs. I have reported to Trading Standards.
