“4 Weeks and still waiting for my order. But Huh Store somehow managed to debit my account within two days of purchase. Funny how some processes are efficient and others super slow.”

“I’m owed £300 by this company. I ordered multiple items in July. 2 Edwin garments arrived and then nothing. No delivery, constant messages deflecting the request for a refund. I have contacted PayPal to ask them to look into it. Not happy! Trading standards next.”

“I would give 0 star if possible. Ordered over a month ago. few weeks into order said there was a delay in delivery, fine but it's been way overdue the delay time. I have sent numerous emails and no reply. No order and no refund. Company ignores you.”

“The worst company I have ever ordered from. Will never use again. Item ordered never arrived and after countless emailing no response. Even tried messaging on Instagram but they do not allow direct message and no number to call them. I can't seem to even get a refund. SO disappointing as they have really nice products. Proceed with caution when using this company.”

“Over four months I have been waiting for a jacket I ordered, or the refund I requested when told the item was out of stock. Negligible communication and constant excuses. I still await my refund of £150.”

“wish I could’ve rated them 0 stars. Ordered jeans and didn’t receive any update after 10 days I then cancelled the order. And after just receiving automated responses i threatened trading standards and it took them 4 weeks to refund me.”

“I can only assume this company is becoming insolvent or has some other major issue. My experience is common to all the recent reviews - order placed, no product received, no communication and 3 months has gone by. Do NOT buy from them!!”

“I made two orders at beginning of August. They sent an email to say there was a delay. I haven’t received any goods . I have emailed and receive automated responses . I have now emailed the complaints team. I have spent over £70.00!”

“Placed an order in July. Item delayed for weeks. I opted for a refund. It is now September and I still haven’t received my refund. Keep getting automated responses that do not go any further. No phone number to call. I would not recommend shopping with this company. Absolutely terrible customer service.”
