Absolutely appalling service. Have been waiting for over 3 months for my refund for a bag that never arrived. I have emailed them several times and despite being told I would get a refund it has never arrived.

Ordered some carharrt overalls on the 5th September and on the 18th Oct, I still haven't received them, they keep making excuses as to why they haven't sent them, what a useless company, will never buy from these again.

Don’t trust this company. I ordered the weekend bag . Then received an email to say 7/10 day delay , nearly 20 days later no word from them and no bag and no replies to my emails

abhorrent physical service (my pants never arrived after waiting around 2 months, no updates, nothing.) i then asked for inquiry just to not really be answered, then when I asked for a refund, have been extremely negligent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a top which said it was going to be delivered within 4-5 working days. I then received an email saying that the dispatch had been delayed and it will now be shipped within 7-10 working days which is fine. Over a month passed and I still hadn’t received my order or any communication from the company to say where my order was or when it was going to be sent. I emailed them and they responded with an automated email which still did not tell me when my order was going to arrive and no apology. I emailed again expressing how frustrated I was getting as this was a birthday present and it had now been well over a month since I ordered it to which I received no response. They are now ignoring my emails, I still haven’t received my order or any sort or refund or apology. Now I look at the other reviews I can see this company is clearly scamming people and I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY !!! ordered a bag, got an email advising it was on a delay, contacted the company they said it would be sent still not got it. Asked for a refund they said it was on its way - 3 months later no refund !

Placed an order on 26th July for 2 pieces of clothing which were showing in stock. Now on 15th October and still no sign of the order, little to no communication from the company, automated responses to my emails, a complaint was raised via email as this is the only way to reach them however they are not investigating the complaint and no resolution.

Is this a scam? I ordered an item many weeks ago, paying for fast delivery. When it didnt arrive quickly, I contacted them. A few days later they got back to me saying they'd had an issue and I would receive a fast delivery discount and the item would be delivered within 7-10 days. We are around 20 days later and I've heard nothing. I emailed 5 days ago and I got the standard response saying they would get in touch within 1-2 days. I've not had the fast delivery cash back, the item or any news on the item. So is this a scam? Or perhaps they are going out of business?

I placed an order in good faith on 25/9/25 - still not received items. Numerous emails back and forth informing me that there is a delay in despatch, eventually informing me that they don't have the items I ordered and paid for in stock? I have requested a refund to which I am still waiting for a response and its now the 15th October? Really do not like doing this but I am so disappointed that nothing has been resolved. I only gave 1 star so I could write this review, if you are thinking of ordering from here I would save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere!

My son ordered a Carhartt WIP Kickflip Backpack using his birthday money 7 weeks ago. It has still not arrived despite several emails saying that it is being processed. The customer service is diabolical with only automated holding emails in reply - - there is no number to call. We have asked for a refund which has been met with another automated response . I would advise staying clear until they sort out their backlog and their customer services. Either that or its a scam site in which case I hope they get taken to the cleaners.

Absolutely terrible service. I made an order on 19/06/25 and as of 13/09/25 I have still not received it or a refund. This is despite contacting customer services on a number of occasions and being told : ‘ Thanks for your order! We’re sorry for the delay in replying. Your order is still on its way — you can check your latest order update details on your order status page. If your order status page hasn’t updated in over 14 days, please reply to this message so we can investigate’ After 14 days (over and over again) still no order or refund. It’s now 5 months.

Absolute garbage company. Made an order in August '25 and then notified of a delay to dispatch.. Fair enough these things happen. It's now been over two months and I can't get a straight answer, or any answer for that matter, aside from check the status which hasn't moved once. I don't mind that there's trouble with an order but lack of communication and refusal to give any information is shocking. Maybe they're fine if the order goes through first time, otherwise steer well clear.

Terrible experience and still out of pocket 3 month on! Ordered an item 22/07, advised of unexpected delay 29/07, still no item received by 29/08 so requested a refund, still no refund received despite numerous chases on 13/10. Got a great relationship going with their automated ticket system though which continually places you in a holding pattern.

Absolutely awful customer service, can’t get anywhere with them. Feel like I’m being scammed. They say to chat to them on there website chat but don’t have one, been waiting on an order I paid for next day delivery on for almost a month and after trying to email them 10 times I still have no idea what’s happening with my order

I would to say k have never seen such a terrible company in the Uk I bought a bag it’s almost 2 months and it was never delivered and there is no one to call to talk to. I have emailed several times and the response are so poor and not able to problem solve. All what I need is a refund as the bag was never posted to me and the sad thing is i boight with my credit card and I am already paying back before I got the back Very disappointed that your company is ignoring my messeges and no refund has been send What am I suppose to do
