“After three weeks waiting time and still not receiving my purchase , as well as customer service not being able to provide any reasonable explanation for lack of delivery I had no others choice but as for a full refund. Overall really disappointing experience and customer service.”

“Purchased from the website over a month and half ago. I have not received the product. Have not received a refund, and keep getting generic emails saying they are experiencing delays. No one answers to particular email with case and order number. Is this store a SCAM?!?!”

“I placed an order on 26 July 2025 and they confirmed it would be delayed so I ordered a second one and paid for next day delivery in order to get it on time as was still in stock and was a present. Neither orders have arrived (it’s now October)! I’ve sent 15-20 emails to request a refund but I am only getting the same auto response. I still haven’t received a refund.”

“Awful company, placed an order on 26/08/25 for a pair of trousers, were meant to be delivered within 3 to 4 days. Then received email to say there was a delay of up to 7 to 10 days. Order not recieved, no further. communication from HUH. Contacted them again to ask when item would be in stock and a few days later received an automated email asking me to send another email. During this time checked the website and the item I'd ordered was still showing up as in stock??? Emailed again to ask where it was, then emailed to ask for a refund and again received an automated email reply. Would definitely not recommend or use again. Still no resolution 6 weeks later Terrible”

“After a month of waiting for my in stock items I asked for a status update. No response for weeks other than emails saying “we are busy”. After weeks I finally requested a refund… I send an email daily. No responses and no refund. Should be criminal to take money before you ship an order.”

“The worst! 3 orders made in quick succession and none of them ever arrived after the site stated there was a dispatch delay. I have had to seek support from my bank to get a refund due to huh only offering an automated email when making any contact.”

“Really disappointing experience Terrible communication, over promising on delivery times when ordering, no updates, continual chasing and really confusing messages back that are so vague. The only option you left me with was to raise a dispute with my bank. Clear communication would have avoided this. I would not recommend this store at all.”

“Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Used them once last year and it was very poor, waited five months for a pair of jeans, their response was non-existent when I complained and consisted of automated emails. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again this year, more fool me. Ordered shorts in June and didn't receive anything, kept emailing and was eventually told that the order would be cancelled and a refund issued in 3-10 days, that was five weeks ago. DO NOT RISK IT - you will be disappointed and very frustrated, shop is not fit for business and should shut its doors.”

“If I could give ‘no stars’ I would. Absolutely awful experience, to which I’m still battling. I ordered a few items for my partners birthday in June 2025. To cut a long story short, I am still waiting to be refunded for these products or even receive them! The correspondence is poor, with automated emails continuing to ask if I still want the items or to be refunded. Absolutely appalling and would not recommend buying anything from this website! Very poorly ran.”

“Dealing with this company has been ridiculous, I wanted to cancel my order after waiting a month and I had not yet received a refund. I have been chasing and chasing, there has been awful communication and straight lies telling me that my refund has been confirmed when I initially asked for one more than a month ago now. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID this company at all costs unless you want to waste time chasing all this up.”

“Bought a backpack in June, was told there was a delay with shipping, still haven’t had it 3 months later, asked for a refund and been waiting over a month and nothing. Won’t be using huh ever again. STAY AWAY!”
