“Terrible! I ordered weeks ago and have not received the item or a refund. Have to dispute with my bank,”

“Order not fulfilled – I ordered for next day delivery back in May 2025 and despite chasing around five times with the promise of the order about to be fulfilled within the next two weeks, this never happened. I have now raised this with my bank and the HUH Store have had the cheek of disputing my claim! We are over three months in from my initial order, with no goods to show for it and them ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”

“I ordered a jacket over 2 weeks ago and it just says dispatch delay. Huh store don’t reply to emails and they have no contact number. Avoid it’s not worth the better price as you won’t get the goods !”

“Been waiting for my order now for 4 weeks despite all items still showing in stock on the website. Emailed multiple time and got the same automated response. Will be pursuing a refund via bank very soon”

“Only 2 out of 4 items arrived. Gave them benefit of the doubt ...then I read all the reviews!! So many identical issues as I'm having...seems they don't have the goods that they're offering for sale..this may just be the end of the line for this online e store. Suppose I'd better get on with my PayPal refund request !”

“I’ve been waiting for goods or a refund for over a month! Paid for next day delivery (in July…it’s now September!) and have had nothing but automated email responses since. No refund (despite 3x promises) and no way of contacting the company other than this desperate measure! Buyer beware! Absolute joke! Avoid!!!”

“Been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for my item and still nothing. I’ve emailed asking for updates which were ignored and I’ve asked for a refund on a couple of occasions too which have also been ignored. I’ve basically been robbed by huh store. Do not by from this website”

“4 week wait for zip. Impossible to get beyond an automated response… essentially, thr customer service experience from hell - with untold negative customer responses online. I went to my credit card company and sought a refund - got it today. I recommend going elsewhere. This company is a mess”

“Absolutely poor, unacceptable and disgraceful service from HUH Store. I placed two orders - one in July and one in August. I have not received any of my orders, nor have my emails been acknowledged and no refund has been received. Beyond disappointing at this point it’s daylight robbery, as no order has been delivered or refund given. Where are my orders? No communication from HUH Store whatsoever.”

“DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! Order never arrived. Very poor communication with automated email responses. I did however get my refund 2 months later after saying I reported them to Trading Standards.”

“AVOID! Like many others have experienced, my order was never delivered. Customer service is unhelpful, responding only with automated replies and offering no real support. I had to open a PayPal claim to try and recover my money — a process that can take up to a month. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received either the goods or a refund. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.”

“I made an order on 26th July (now 1st September) and apart from an email on 29th July advising of a delay and some further automated emails I haven't heard anything since. I have sent numerous emails and absolutely nothing back for weeks. They have taken my money and now don't respond. There is no other way to contact other than the email address which they don't respond to - would not use this company. I have never received this level of poor service.”

“I only received one item from my order. I then had to go through PayPal to gain a refund for the other items that I had paid for and never received. Do not order from this site as it is not a legitimate site and you will not receive your goods.”

“The customer service here is awful. I ordered a Carhartt rucksack on the 3rd June 2025, it is now the 1st September 2025 and we have not received the order or been able to get in touch with anyone at HUH to sort this situation out. They have said 4 times now, 'it will be delivered in 2 weeks' and I have received nothing. No one has helped us, I have been left in the dark completely. Please do not order from this store.”

“I have ordered from HUH before and had no issues, this latest order is a different story. I have now been waiting since march and still not received my items. I had an email saying it would be delayed, but then every time I chase I get fobbed off further. You shouldn't be selling things that you do not have in stock. I am not sure what has happened, but would not order from them again. I see they have a great sale on, but just can't trust them. I am now waiting on my refund, it's been 20 days and still nothing yet.”
