Items showed as in stock and available to order with next day delivery. Placed the order and was then told the next day that there was a 7-10 day delay. Waited 10 days, asked again and was told another 7-10 days. Asked for a refund, was told 7-10 days for this to be returned. Charged back on credit card.

I can confirm the refund was issued on 26th April, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear, as advised, as a chargeback will take much longer – between 30-90 days – to resolve. Goods not delivered and constantly not replying to emails or live chat, no communication or customer service. Horrible company that I will be telling my fashion community to avoid.

They don’t have the item I’ve ordered/paid for, sent me a message to say they will get it in 7-10 days. Don’t answer questions, just reply 7-10 days. I Agreed to an alternative colour/ product on next day delivery, that was Thursday. It’s now Monday and still no sign. 13 days so far and no item Slow to respond to messages…..

All they ever say when you ask for an update on delivery is 1-2 weeks …from when? From whenever you ask!

I would like to leave zero stars. This company does not fulfill orders. My order never arrived. I asked for a refund and this has still not appeared. I've been trying to get a refund for several weeks now. Their customer service is non existent. They don't reply or send a 'we'll get back to you in one business day' response ... and then they don't. From the other reviews it appears that this is the way this company operates. Do not order from them.

Cannot recommend at all. Non-existent customer service. Product received was not as pictured so I emailed hoping I could return it. No response to several emails. I shipped back at my own cost, received delivery confirmation over 2 weeks ago, and now I have another several unanswered emails and live chat messages, asking if they can confirm receipt. Really disappointing experience.

Ordered items on the 26/03. Was no mention of a restock issue before I purchased the items. Was told on the 01/04 that there was a delay with dispatch as they’re waiting for an item to be restocked. I was told to wait 7/10 business days. Still no delivery and no reply from customer services. Terrible service

Horrendous service, ordered item on 2nd April and notified of delay for 7-10 days. Heard nothing after this, contacted to ask where my order was and informed of another delay in dispatch. Attempted again to speak to customer services to ask for another update and no response. Currently 4 weeks after order was placed and have no idea when I will receive this. Only refunded postage as I asked for it. If you want to order something and not receive it then order from here!

Placed an order 21/03 and still not dispatched. They said order is delayed 1-2 weeks, its been over a month. Online chat do not help and apparently it's 24/7 - I haven't had a response in 4 days. I have asked to exchange for items that are in stock, no response. Order updates seem to have stopped. I've ordered 6 items so I am hopeful of still receiving but the way this is going it's not looking well!

I would not buy anything from this company again. I bought 2 items for a Christmas present for my Daughter. The items didn't arrive. When I contacted them they said there was a delay in despatching my items but they still didn't arrive. I emailed again and they replied on the 22nd January to say they would refund me within 7-10 days. I haven't received a refund as yet and it is now April ! I have contacted them by e mail many times since. They now ignore my e mails.

Ordered in March, still not dispatched. Tried email, webchat and WhatsApp - given generic responses and no progress. Wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before buying - seems this is either a scam company or they have a terrible order system and customer service!

Really crappy company! Placed an order 3 weeks ago and the product still hasn’t arrived. On top of this they have ignored several order update requests and there is little to no way of contacting them. Eventually I got an update and was told there are stock issues and that it would be 1-2 weeks…. That was a week ago. I have opened a case with my bank as their website was down for a couple of days with a “suspicious activity” warning… either post the product or bloody refund! I won’t be shopping here again and if I could give 0 stars I would. I also think this is a common experience as they have limited their Instagram comments to stop people from querying their orders publicly. There wouldnt have been an issue if they noted the stock issues prior to me placing the order. Heid the warning!

Ordered in Jan and Feb… it’s nearly May and all I’ve had is really poor communication via email & WhatsApp. They have no intention of fulfilling orders. I’m glad I’ve paid by credit card so I can claim back my money though them. Avoid at all costs unless you like wasting time and being disappointed.

The website sells pieces that are out of stock. I had the issue where I was told there would be a delay until the item was re-stocked, however I had no further communication from HUH for 1-2 months. I repeated asked for a refund through the email they provided and had no answer In the end my bank had to step in. I did receive part of the order and had no issues with that item, however the issue about has completely put me off ordering through HUH again.

Ordered item 4 weeks ago. Not delivered, no email to update. Went on the website and said there was a delay and would be delivered in 7-10 days. Still not delivered. Sent an email, no response. Sent a chase - was told had to use the chat service. The chat service isn't live so still no response and still no product. Will never use HUH again.

Still waiting for my item after almost a month. I feel I have to leave a review here to the brand attention or atleast some help with my order From what it seems they accept money without the stock available. So beware... try and avoid and shop elsewhere.

Goods ordered in good time for Christmas but never arrived. Eventually half my order turned up twice! Very slow and poor customer service. Asked for a refund after waiting three months for a pair of trousers. Was told I would receive a refund in 10 working days. Nothing received and no respond to my messages. I had to ask for chargeback from my credit card company to get my money back. Would never use again.
