Shocking company. I ordered a cap which I didn’t get an update for in over three weeks (I was told each time I asked that there were supply issues) I then cancelled the order and was granted a refund, the refund still hasn’t shown after 10 business days.

This is the worst company I have ever bought anything from by a country mile. I ordered a top 3 months ago, and still haven't received it. whenever I ask for an update, I either don't get a response, or am told that there will be a 1-2 week wait due to supply issues...They have sent me this same message about 3 times over the three month period...So I asked for a refund, and still haven't got a reply....Really really poor customer service.

Terrible experience! I’ve placed 2 orders, and both have been delayed after purchasing. I order the first item on Thursday 27th March and I still haven’t received it. The 2nd order was kore recent after receiving a voucher from them for the earlier delays. However, I’ve now received a delivery delay email for this order as well.

I ordered an item (a jumper) 5 months ago and it has still not arrived. I have emailed multiple multiple times and always get told that it is on its way, I also asked to just be refunded if they do not have the item, but they are insistent is is coming and are not issuing a refund. Utterly ridiculous.

I’ve had a very similar experience to others. I ordered two jackets on the 6th of may with next day delivery. I didn’t hear anything from Huh in relation to my order within 48 hours so I messaged them on their online chat. I didn’t received a reply for a further 48 hours stating there was a delay with stock and they would be with me in 7-10 days. 10 days later I still had no update or any sign of my product so I reached out again. A further 48 hours later I get a reply saying it would be a further 1-2 weeks for dispatch. I requested a refund at this point and STILL didn’t get a reply for another 48 hours, at which point they tell me it will take 3-10 business days for me to receive a refund, at this point this is best case scenario 24 days, worst case scenario over a month between the order being placed and the receipt of the refund. Terrible service and terrible customer service and I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs

Absolutely horrific company, customer service is shocking and totally automated responses! Been waiting over a month for my order and still sign of delivery. Can’t speak to anyone directly and when I get a response it’s just 5-7 business days.. never known anything like it.. avoid at all costs

Price was unbeatable however took almost two months for trousers to arrive. Really hard to contact anyone and poor updates. Simply “warehouse issue and within 7-14 days”, this was repeated every 14 days until finally arrived.

Ordered a pair of Carhartt Flint Pants back in March, and they still haven't been delivered. Customer service has been terrible, can't speak to anyone directly and the chat response just provides a standard reply. Haven't been able to get a refund or a confirmation that the trousers will actually be delivered.

Ordered a carharrt cap which said delivery would be a few days. Four weeks later and still no sign and being told it’ll be another 1-2 weeks before it’s sent. The item is still being advertised with a 2-4 day delivery time. Have requested a full refund. No idea how long that will take after reading the other reviews on here. Absolute shambles of a company. Avoid at all costs.

DON'T ORDER. Companies communication is terrible, was waiting a month with no emails for sale items that likely weren't coming back into stock. Make getting a refund near impossible. Been nearly two weeks since I requested the refund (AGAIN!) and still no refund in my account. Customer service is terrible, they say that the online chat will be answered within 24 hours and you just get ignored. Hopefully this gets seen and someone gets in touch and refunds me immediately.

Totally let down by the lack of service I have received. Ordered my item on 20 April, paid for next day delivery. Chased a week later as still not received and advised that it was on the next dispatch from the warehouse and would be with me in 5 to 7 days, waited still no parcel, again exact same response when I chased up (the power of response templates clearly in action here. Still no parcel chased again was assured this time that it was on the next dispatch as it was out of stock....which I find hard to believe as it was still showing available on the website. I responded immediately and asked why the size I ordered was showing as available and offering next day delivery then...now I am getting zero response at all. I have chased again today....and also checked if still available and guess what - IT IS! Totally disgusted by the lack of response and willingness to help, was a birthday gift for the beginning of May.

Ordered a bag paid next day delivery, emailed because it hadn’t arrived and was told there was a delay and I’d have my delivery returned but haven’t received that or the bag.

Having the same problem as lots of other people here. Awful customer support. Placed on order on the 31st of March and still hasn't arrived (it's the 19th of May now). I get the impression this is the type of company that seems fine unless you run into a problem, in which case, they have literally zero infrastructure to help you.

I think I have the same situation of many customers that cancelled the delay order and requested a refund , was told to wait and wait for 7-10 working days, and seems everything has delayed. Shocking CS as well, need to chase again and again for an update!!! Never again !

I have two orders outstanding #139947 and #139945 both placed on 7 April. You have assured when I have chased my order is on its way. The communication from your company has been shocking and I still have no update on my order. I have requested a full refund and had no response so currently out of pocket by £250!!!!
