“Awful service. There were delays with stock, which I appreciate happens, but we're 7-8 weeks down the line and I don't have my order. I also cancelled part of the order and still don't have a refund. The customer service is abysmal. Weeks between responses then half answers and 'we're looking into it'. Just avoid this company, not worth the hassle.”

“Don’t purchase from this company, orders do not arrive. Three times I’ve been promised a £120 refund and three times I’ve been ghosted. Not a legitimate company, scammers more like.”

“Ordered a bag, expected delivery 5 days but heard nothing. Repeated chasing to be told next week. After it hadn’t arrived for almost 2 months I requested to cancel / refund which I’m unsurprisingly still waiting to received. Avoid at all costs”

“Waited 2 months for order to come after saying it would be delivered next day. First they said they’d refund the next day delivery fee and didn’t so chased that up numerous times as well as asking for an order update and had no response other than an automated one. I have now asked for the order to be cancelled and fully refunded.”

“I placed an order on the 4th June 2025 for a pair of Carhartt Jeans. I also paid for next day delivery. 2 days later my order hadn't arrived, so I asked for an update and got a response from HUH. saying there was a delay and my order would be arriving in 2 weeks instead. Shock horror 2 weeks had passed and still no order delivery. At this point which is now the 23rd June I have asked for a refund, which they assured me would be with me within 3-10 working days. Now here we are on the 8th July, with no trousers and no refund. It's fair to say I will never be shopping at this store again and hope no one else has to experience this awful level of service.”

“Order placed 10th May, and two months later still absolutely nothing. After the first month I started asking for a refund, still nothing, just automated email responses thanking for patience and claiming that “someone from our team will be in touch soon”… obviously nobody ever gets in touch. Appalling customer service. They are either incompetent and taking orders on items no longer in stock, or they are intentionally taking orders with no plans to honour them. Either way avoid this site like the plague!”

“I placed my first ever order with Huh Store on 4 May and 2 months later I am still waiting for it to arrive. Every time I chased this up I am given a standard response ' We’re currently working through a backlog, but we haven’t forgotten you. Your message is still in our queue, and someone from our team will be in touch as soon as possible'. I am extremely disappointed with the Customer Service”

“Absolutely no communication = zero. I requested a refund, but nothing happened. Their e-mail-bot keeps sending apologies, but it seems there are no real people working there. Terrible customer service — I won't be ordering from this e-shop again. BTW, in this ridiculous form you have to answer checkbox questions like: How quickly did the company reply to your queries? = Never. Zero communication. How would you rate the customer service you received? = 0/5 — absolutely unacceptable. How easy was it to get a refund? = I didn’t get a refund. I didn’t get anything at all from this terrible e-shop. How many days did the refund take? = Never happened. No response, no refund, nothing.”
