“Ordered a bag paid next day delivery, emailed because it hadn’t arrived and was told there was a delay and I’d have my delivery returned but haven’t received that or the bag.”

“Having the same problem as lots of other people here. Awful customer support. Placed on order on the 31st of March and still hasn't arrived (it's the 19th of May now). I get the impression this is the type of company that seems fine unless you run into a problem, in which case, they have literally zero infrastructure to help you.”

“I think I have the same situation of many customers that cancelled the delay order and requested a refund , was told to wait and wait for 7-10 working days, and seems everything has delayed. Shocking CS as well, need to chase again and again for an update!!! Never again !”

“I have two orders outstanding #139947 and #139945 both placed on 7 April. You have assured when I have chased my order is on its way. The communication from your company has been shocking and I still have no update on my order. I have requested a full refund and had no response so currently out of pocket by £250!!!!”

“I ordered an item that was unavailable but appeared available. As such there was some back and forth with HUH about which items were available as a replacement. It took longer than I would have liked but ultimately I recieved a lovely sweatshirt and experienced good customer service.”

“Ordered from the website on the 26th of march. Emailed them as did not hear anything off them about dispatch. Was told on the 1st of April that they’d be 7-10 business days. Now the 16th of may and still no sign of item. Customer service is shocking also. Spoke on the chat and have had no reply to email. All I want now is my money back. Do not shop here”

“Items ordered were not in stock as advised on their website. Was lied to regarding when the delivery would be. After 2 months I requested a refund which took another 6 weeks of constant requests but no answers from HUH what so ever. Would not recommend using these! Absolute nightmare.”

“I’ve been waiting months for an order. Figured it was just the items I ordered that may be delayed. Since then placed another order and it’s been weeks on this one so far aswell. All items still available to purchase on the website. Avoid if you are expecting anything to be delivered any time soon. Contacted multiple times for updates. Every time I’m told 7-10 days?”

“One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Same as other customers have said says it’s in stock then they keep delaying it, saying it’s coming in one to 2 weeks and never does. Then when you ask them to cancel it and refund you, you have to keep chasing them up for the refund I did get a refund eventually but took a while.”

“Maybe the worst customer experience I've ever had. Constant chasing of order, told a pack of lies (it's in stock, no its not...!). Finally after 70 plus days, I get the item. I've been HUH'D!”

“Item delivered back on 22/04 still waiting on refund. Had the usual one response on chat asking for order number then ignored. No surprise comments and messages disabled on social media. Awful company. Have contacted my bank for chargeback. If someone does read this then please sore my refund out. Order #139998”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback. On the website chat, when you send a message please wait for us to respond before following up as each of your follow up messages has been moving you back to the start of the queue. We have replied on the chat as well, but to confirm, a refund was processed for this on 26th April so should clear within 10 business days of that date. You will receive an email confirming the refund 1-2 days before it clears. Regarding the chargeback, this will decline the refund and may take 30-90 days to be resolved, so we would advise allowing the refund to clear if possible. “You will not get your order delivered and you will not be able to get a refund, ordered nearly 2 months ago and no sign of delivery after many attempts to contact, requested a refund over 3 weeks ago and still no money in my account after again many many attempts to contact.”
