“I'd rate 0 if i could. Ordered a hat 2 months ago, no sign of it. Customer support are absolutely useless. You get a reply that contains no information and that's it. Stay away from this sad excuse of a company, you'd be better throwing your money down a drain.”

“After delaying delivery, I asked for a refund. I received a confirmation that a refund would be processed, but after contacting my bank it became clear no refund was ever put in motion. Do not order anything from this vendor.”

“I have still not received a refund for my item purchased in May, 4 months ago, worth £70. I have had prompt responses from an AI email address saying they have processed this twice but still yet to receive anything. No phone number to call. Really disappointing, would never buy from here again.”

“Ordered a hoody on the 20th August, currently the 9th of September, not received any further information. Emailed to have further clarification on three separate occasions, no response to any email. No live chat support and no phone number. Unable to begin a refund process as don't have the item to even return. Horrific business practice and doesn't look as though I'll ever receive either A) the item or B) a refund. Avoid at all costs.”

“Made an order in May that never came. It was always just a week away. So i canceled the order in July. They agreed to refund me. And since then not a peep despite many emails to them. Beware ! avoid !”

“I made an order on 19th August Order. I immediately had a message that it was delayed 7-10 days. After waiting this period, still no tracking/info about order I asked if it could be cancelled. This was agreed but since then I have received no confirmation of refund etc. still waiting weeks later for any sign of a refund. Shocking customer service. No official confirmation of requested refund & shocking automated email responses that in no way fit the questions asked. Seen other comments on social media re this poor customer service must be a very common experience so now comments are limited on posts & email address is literally the only way of contact, very poor. Will never use again, avoid at all costs.”

“Easily the worst clothing company I have ever used. Ordered 2 items of clothing back in early June with next day delivery, 2 months went by and I still hadn’t received my items despite emailing them multiple times asking for its whereabouts - just kept getting automated responses without actually helping my case. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund a month ago now, and they still haven’t even processed this! Have tried messaging them and am yet to get an official response that doesn’t just say “we are dealing with a backlog of requests right now”. Unacceptable and feel like I have been scammed, would advise anyone do not use this company at all and they deserve to go out of business.”

“Definitely wouldn’t order again, ordered a jumper back in June which never arrived, requested a refund several times which still hasn’t been actioned. Really slow responses from customer service and no telephone number to call them on. Avoid!”
