I placed an order for 3 bar stools in November and despite numerous emails to the customer services team chasing for a delivery date I have not had a reply and I am concerned that this is a scam. Others reporting similar experiences.

Placed an order in Octobers 2023 and still have not received it in January 2024. Customer service not helpful at all, they either give me delayed delivery dates or do not answer me at all. It's also impossible to speak to anyone over the phone. Not certain when I'm ever going to get my order. Would not recommend ordering anything online.

Ordered a cushion and 2 crates in June and the cushion arrived the week before Christmas. Customer service was extremely poor with false promises and no offer to refund or cancel order when we requested. Would not recommend this site!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful customer service. I ordered a large gift for my partner and paid for next day delivery however the item did not show up. I contacted customer services who said they would cancel the order as there was a delay with the warehouse but they never did this and the item showed up a week later at which point it was too late and not needed. I have since sent their customer service team 3 emails to which I have had absolutely no response. I am now stuck with a large box in my house that I need to somehow return to them and apparently will have to pay for the returns myself, which will be expensive, even though the error is on their side. On top of that I will then not be refunded for the next day delivery that I paid for. Crazy. I would advise to not shop with this unprofessional company. Avoid them and find the item you want elsewhere, there are so many better online stores around.

Ordered 26th February, Delivered 12th December. So if you can wait almost a year for your order then I would reccomend.

Hay toaster took months to come , when it arrived it was broken. Customer service takes weeks to reply to emails and when they finally did respond to say they would send a replacement it never arrived. I can’t get any response from them at all now. It’s been 7 months since I ordered the toaster and still no resolution

I purchased a Hay Sowden toaster which was faulty. I contacted HUH store on 15th November and have followed up on 2 separate occasions and still no resolution. There is no telephone number for customer service so you have to hope that they respond to your logged contact via their website. Pretty disappointing to pay up-front £99.00 for a faulty toaster and then be waiting over 2 weeks for HUH to confirm next steps.

This store has in the past been stellar, although that was for clothes. However, I placed two orders for home accessories in June 2023 for over £1000, I'm yet to receive just over £600 of my goods ordered by late November 2023. Despite one reply to numerous emails/messages, that I would receive shipment sometime in September or early October, no shipment or follow-up emails/messages were received. Another issue is my use of Klarna, which while the payments were with a Credit Card has caused complications in claiming Section 75

I ordered a Ferm living Verso vase in MARCH, I have still not received it. I have chased numerous times. IF I get a reply I am told there will be another delivery in two weeks. This is now unacceptable I feel. I am terribly disappointed.

I ordered a Ferm rug on 23 August 2023 and I am still waiting for delivery or a refund from HUH store. There is no phone number to contact for customer services and they just ignore emails!

I ordered two items back in April with expected delivery times of 4-6 weeks. Having heard nothing for 2 months I contacted the Huh Store and no reply. Only after 3 more attempts did I get an email saying one item was due to be delivered - no actual response to any of my chasers. I have been chasing the other item since and I have had 2 replies saying it would be due within short periods of time but it is now mid-November and 3 subsequent chasers have gone without a response, including a request for my money to be refunded. They are a disgrace and I effectively have lost my money. I recommend nobody attempts to buy anything from them

I do NOT recommend Huh at all. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. No one has bothered to properly chase up a Kettle I purchased. I am still waiting for it after several requests to the company for help. I have never received such blatant unhelpfulness from a company before, I will not purchase from them again.

I'm happy to see your order was promptly dispatched on Friday 3rd November using a Tracked 24 service within 4 hours of the order being placed and delivery was attempted the following day. I understand there have since been issues with the Royal Mail delivery attempts, however we have responded to all of your enquiries promptly (within less than an hour) and politely, and have been happy to assist in any way we can. I have two outstanding issues with HUH., for which I haven't received any updates since the beginning of October. ISSUE 1 | RETURN/REFUND OF FAULTY ITEM Order #84630 17/07/23 - I contacted the support team about a faulty item 02/08/23 - The support team asked whether I'd prefer a replacement or refund — to which I replied I'd prefer a refund 07/09/23 - After not hearing back from them, I reached out again and they said they'd proceed with the refund 04/10/23 - I received the return label to send back the faulty item and posted it on the same day 07/11/23 - I still haven't received my refund, even after reaching out to the support many times ISSUE 2 | ITEM NOT DELIVERED Order #109508 03/08/23 - I placed an order at HUH. 15/08/23 - I received an email stating "We are currently awaiting an update from the supplier and expect your pre-order item(s) to be in transit shortly" 13/09/23 - I contacted the support team 28/09/23 - The support team replied "we would expect to be delivering within the next 2 weeks" 07/11/23 - I still haven't received my item, even after reaching out to the support many times

Loved the Carhartt jumper and really fast delivery however the jumper had a size L external label on but was actually a size S with a size S label on the inside.

I have been waiting for a refund of an order I didn’t even receive for 12 days. No communication and have only been paid 150 of the 1,400 pounds I spent. Absolutely appalled with the customer service. Wont be shopping here again. That is a lot of money to me and means I cannot pay my rent this month

Purchased two pieces of Ferm Living items from this website back in June. Original estimated delivery date given is 20-25th of Aug, I am waiting till today without any communication/update from them. Last time after I posted a review on the website, Jack from the stored reached out on 3rd of Sep mentioned and promised that my items should be able to delivered to me in the next 2 weeks. Another 5 weeks over, no update, no communication, no refund, nothing. I really don't think there is any customer service they've provided. Really need some updates to understand what should I do.....

Utterly disgraceful customer service. I have been waiting for a refund on items I ordered in May, which didn’t arrive until august as they had to be shipped from the supplier and that took longer than stated on the website. I was disappointed with the quality and returned them to the store on 21st August and have proof of delivery and even a photo of the parcel on the floor of the warehouse, and yet they STILL refuse to process my refund, because the return wasn’t logged and now they can’t find the items in the warehouse. It takes at least a week to get a response to any query and they never resolve anything, just continue to fob me off and avoid giving me my money back by saying the return hasn’t been logged. THEY lost it when it was in their possession. I’m beyond disappointed as I thought they were a legitimate company, and I simply cannot afford to be out of pocket like this. I saved for a long time for the items but I couldn’t justify how expensive they were for the quality. And I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same issues, as it has been nothing but a nightmare which I’m still out of pocket from 4 months later, which is why I’m posting this review.
