“Ordered a backpack for my son in the 22nd August, like other customers was told there was a delay. Then I got the automated email. I’ve sent further emails and requested a refund. Nothing! In fact my email server is now blocked. Avoid at all costs. I have reported to Trading Standards.”

“Terrible service, I ordered 3 pairs of Carhartt trousers and only 1 arrived, has been almost a month and I’ve sent dozens of emails and just had fob off replies - “we’ll get back to you” I think they are going out of business and are being dishonest / illegal business practice”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order over 3 months ago.... they could not deliver so I cancelled the order 2 months ago and I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. It is impossible to talk to someone and their customer service is abysmal... Be warned! If I could give them 0 stars I would.”

“I’m not sure about this companies validity as I have not seen many good reviews about them. I didn’t receive my good, and trying to contact them was near impossible. I had to involve PayPal to retrieve my money. I would advise against using them”

“If you value your time and money, do not order from this company. Order placed 1 month ago and still not received items. Very nice emails received from ‘Jack’ explaining the situation but it has all gone quiet now that I’ve asked them to issue a refund. We will see…”

“I ordered my goods at the beginning of August and still have not received anything other than a hat. I have sent numerous emails only to receive automated responses. I have requested a refund nothing. I have sent an email to say that I will be reporting this to Action Fraud as they are falsely advertising goods that they do not have, and take payment for goods that they have no intention of delivering.”

“One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. The items were never sent, with only copy and paste responses when they were asked to clarify the status of the order. After it became apparent they were never going to arrive, and I was never going to get an accurate answer, I asked for a refund - which I'm still waiting for. Do not buy from them.”
