I have two outstanding issues with HUH., for which I haven't received any updates since the beginning of October. ISSUE 1 | RETURN/REFUND OF FAULTY ITEM Order #84630 17/07/23 - I contacted the support team about a faulty item 02/08/23 - The support team asked whether I'd prefer a replacement or refund — to which I replied I'd prefer a refund 07/09/23 - After not hearing back from them, I reached out again and they said they'd proceed with the refund 04/10/23 - I received the return label to send back the faulty item and posted it on the same day 07/11/23 - I still haven't received my refund, even after reaching out to the support many times ISSUE 2 | ITEM NOT DELIVERED Order #109508 03/08/23 - I placed an order at HUH. 15/08/23 - I received an email stating "We are currently awaiting an update from the supplier and expect your pre-order item(s) to be in transit shortly" 13/09/23 - I contacted the support team 28/09/23 - The support team replied "we would expect to be delivering within the next 2 weeks" 07/11/23 - I still haven't received my item, even after reaching out to the support many times
