Hello. I hate doing this but you never sent me a refund. I have tried to contact you several times and despite someone coming back to me once I've been ghosted. I have given you my tracking details and all the information so it is frustrating to be ignored. My order number is 109404 thanks

I ordered a bag which wasn’t right and so returned it with proof of postage. That was in July and I’ve yet to receive a refund and my emails go unanswered. At a loss what to do as there’s no contact number or other way to get in touch.

Received my order on the 11th August and immediately emailed to report that the item was faulty. After another follow up email I eventually received a response on the 22nd saying I would be sent a free returns label. I responded immediately to confirm this. No response. I sent a further two follow up emails on the 28th August and 30th August. Still no response or return label.

Really terrible customer service. I ordered a ferm living lampshade and cushion in June with 3-6 weeks provided as the lead time. Now already in Sep, after chasing several emails to check the status, I haven't received any update from them at all yet!! As customer, really want to understand what is happening, even if there is delay, better to clarify the situation. May I know what is going on? What should I do? Really need help here.

I ordered a lampshade at the beginning of June, I was told that it wasn't in stock yet but that they would update me soon. By August I hadn't heard anything about it and when I emailed to ask I got no response. I emailed again and got no response again. I finally asked to cancel my order and a few hours later I received a notification that my order was being delivered which I assume means someone saw my email and finally did something. I emailed again to say that I still wanted to return the item and I have yet to receive any response back. Do not order if you want good customer service as there is none.

Terrible experience. Ordered online 4 items from Hay on 11th March. Still haven't received the last item from my order. I have had to send chase emails every 1-2 months to ask where my things are. The last few I have had no reply and no apology or offer to refund. The last chase I sent today about the last outstanding item, I received an email saying it's on it's dispatched but no apology. They obviously forgot about me. I understand this is a small independent business that has likely bitten off more than it can chew but as a returning customer I think they should do something about their shocking customer service and not sell things that they don't physically have in stock as this is where the problems lie

I can see the emails you are referring to are the automated updated and shipping confirmations, which is why there is no personalised apology, however we do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered items, part of the order arrived then no notification for weeks about the rest of the order. Contacted customer services, no apology but just a link to the other colours of the item that I had ordered asking if I’d like to change colour (it seems to have been updated with only in-stock items). Apparently the colour I chose was out of stock and shouldn’t have appeared on the site for me to buy in the first place. I am waiting on multiple items, but apparently just one of those items are out of stock. No message, no apology when I’d reached out.

Hi Camille, Your latest order was for all in-stock HAY crates and was dispatched the next working day with a next day delivery service. Your order placed 9th July was for some in-stock item and some pre-order items. We split your order and shipped the in-stock items so you could receive them asap, at no additional cost. The remaining items have a 3-6 week lead time and are not delayed, however we emailed you to see if you would prefer to swap these colours for in-stock options as a courtesy. I'm yet to receive my package. I phone royal mail and they informed me that your company is yet to send it to them. Right now I don't nowhere the package is and I'm really worried about my package.. I have sent several mails to your company and not gotten any response from them.. I can't allow my money to go like that… you guys should do something about my package 😭😭😭😡

Hi Alexander, I’m very sorry to hear your parcel is yet to arrive. As discussed on email, your order was dispatched the following business day (Monday 14th August) with a Royal Mail 24 service. This is an untracked QR code delivery, however the tracking number you were emailed is correct. The tracking page states “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item”. Ordered a cupboard in March 2023, it’s now August and still no sign of it. After chasing a couple of times and being assured it was on its way, I asked for a refund over a month ago but have had no response since. Nothing to show for over £500 after nearly six months. I’m resorting to a review in the hope it’ll prompt some action or at least warn off other customers from putting themselves through the same thing.

Horrendous customer service and purchase experience Ordered a shelving unit 25th March, with the product being advertised as a “4-6 week delivery”. Needless to say that we had to wait a lot longer than this, with the product finally arriving on 8th August after 20 weeks. The customer service was appalling, with the only way to contact being through email with a 7 day expected response time; although on many occasions, no response at all without me having to continually chase after them. There is no phone number or any other way to contact so you will be left in the dark for almost the entirety of your experience. There was no explanation for any delay and no attempt to make our experience any better or compensate, as they already had my money. My advice is, if you see something you like on here, I highly recommend to purchase it from another store.

Ordered a Ferm Living lampshade in March 2023 - it is now August and I've yet to receive the item (5 months later!) I've emailed every few weeks for months now - and have either been ignored or get the occasional false promise of when the item would arrive (the dates given were now 2 months ago...) Disappointed by how unresponsive this company is. Very happy taking my money - and expected so much more. Please get in touch about a refund.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with my entire experience with this online store. From the moment I placed my order, it has been a cascade of issues and frustrations that have left me utterly dismayed. Firstly, the item I ordered took an exorbitant amount of time to arrive. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the company was astounding. I resorted to sending multiple emails, and it took them over a week just to acknowledge my concerns. To make matters worse, when the item finally arrived, it was faulty. Not only did I receive a defective product, but the company's complete silence on this matter has been deafening. It's as if they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction or concerns. I've still not heard back from my last message which was over 7 days ago. Based on this horrendous experience, I feel compelled to warn others about the significant risk involved in dealing with this company. I implore anyone considering ordering from them to think twice and reconsider. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent disregard for product quality make them a real liability. I would strongly advise against engaging with this online store. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is my responsibility to caution fellow consumers about the potential pitfalls they might encounter. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by seeking out a more reputable and customer-oriented company for your needs.

I ordered two bar stools in early May my money has been cashed and the only up date I had was that I would receive the goods on the 17 to 21st of July. I have found in increasing frustrating to have contact with any one about my order.

diabolical. tried to cancel my order 4 times before it was even dispatched (which took 6 weeks) and no response to any email. No phone number, can't DM or comment on Insta, left with £70 worth of products I do not want. Do not order under any circumstances, absolute joke

I purchased items and then returned them, following all the return instructions. I received proof of delivery of the returned items to the store, but it’s now been nearly 4 weeks since and I’ve not been refunded or the return even acknowledged. I have emailed the huhstore contact email several times and received no response. Do not use!

i made my order on 30th May. I still have no goods. I have sent emails over the course of the last 2 weeks and not had a single reply. Where are my goods? You have taken payment of almost £150 and i have literally nothing to show for it and you cant even grace me with a response to my question asking what the status of my order is. I would recommend you steer well clear of this retailer.

This company is an actual joke! We ordered a pair of Hay Hee lounge chairs for the garden on the 28th March and still have not recieved them - summer is nearly over! We have reached out to Huh store over and over again and there has been no response from them since the 8th April. We have requested a refund on the product and are now being completely ignored. We are out of pocket by £430 and none the wiser as to whether we will ever be refunded. Do not use this store!!

You can also find the update listed clearly on your order status page – "Expected delivery 1-4 August" The stock arrived at our warehouse this morning and is on track to deliver between these dates. So, I ordered a bag through HUH. Store late in the evening. I found the bag cheaper elsewhere, I so I emailed them first thing in the morning to cancel the order. Their cancelling and returns policy is really bad. Rather than a simple button to cancel the order, I had to email them to cancel. I was hoping that I would catch them in time so that they wouldn’t ship the bag, as I would have to pay £5 for delivery. I sent that email on the 5th July, it’s now the 26th and I have not even had a response from them since then. They clearly didn’t cancel the order and the bag was posted out to me. Their returns policy is so bad, I had to pay another £5.95 to post back the bag. On Royal Mail tracking I can see that the package was delivered back to them 7 days ago now, and they still have not even acknowledged that they received it. And they still have not responded to my original email at the start of the month. They have not refunded the money and I have no idea if I’ll even get one. All in all it’s been a terrible company to buy from. I’m even wondering if it is a legitimate company.
