“I oredered some really lovely silver items- a beautiful silver dram cup, silver chopstick rest and a pair of silver and pearl earrings. They were so nicely presented that I didn't really want to disturb them! Very quick dispatch and delivery. I'm delighted with my shopping experience but especially pleased with the gorgeous silver. “The item I was looking for was well described and had a number of photographs. The item arrived as described and was well packaged, which arrived undamaged. I was pleasantly surprised to find each link in the chain had been soldered at the joint making it more robust. This is the second item of jewellery I have from Hersey and Son and have not been dissappointed.”

“I am so pleased with the gorgeous silver expanding bangle I bought for my granddaughter’s Christening gift. The product is beautifully made and the engraving is perfect. I made a mistake when ordering and forgot to request the engraving. I spoke to Herseys and the problem was quickly resolved with the replacement arriving the next day. Absolutely excellent service”

“I recently bought a large silver cross pendant from Hersey & Son and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is outstanding — it feels solid, beautifully made, and even better in person than I expected. You can really tell there’s care and craftsmanship behind their jewellery. “This is another piece that I have bought here. The oval cufflinks are well made, just as I would expect from Hersey. I bought 4 sets last year when I got married. The personalised engraving make them even more special. The baby’s birth date changed and Eraina was exceptionally helpful. I would highly recommend Hersey. The standard of their workmanship is second to none as is the professionalism of the staff. I will return to this online shop again and again.”
