“I ordered 2 lockets for my twin granddaughter's birthday, they arrived within 2 days. Sadly one had a slight blemish, spoke to a very helpful lady, thanks Julia, who saw to it that the replacement was posted the same day as they received the return, arriving back to me the day after. Beautiful jewellery, and if there is a problem, wonderful customer service. Buy with confidence.”

“I’m really disappointed in my order. The engraving is so small I can hardly read it. I wouldn’t have bothered if I thought it was going to be like this. Waste of time and money. Certainly wouldn’t recommend it”

“I am happy to recommend this Company to any prospective buyer! They go that extra step to please and their care is appreciated. I bought a silver bangle for my daughter-in-law's 50th Birthday and had it engraved and she was delighted with it. I have bought her a pendant with a daisy flower on it this year, and I know she will be pleased. I have also bought gold-plated earrings, which are lovely. They treat their customers with the utmost care and it is so easy to contact them and also use their website. Goods are despatched promptly, so no long wait, and they arrive carefully packed in a Hersey box, with a cleaning cloth. The items always feel very special, as does their service.”
