Thought I had found the perfect company, small independent, long established and good reviews. Can't knock the quality or price, but had an issue with the engraving, asked for the date of our wedding to be put on them, when you fill out the form online you have a check box to confirm that is what you want. Received the bracelets and upon opening found the year was 20 years out. This was sorted straight away and very quickly but has pardon the pun taken the shine of it a bit. Did have another issue which I will review separately.

Unfortunately there was a spelling mistake on the engraving when I received it. This was a birthday present for my partner. I had not checked it before giving it to him as it was gift wrapped so it was quite disappointing when he opened it.

Unfortunately, we were not happy with the order as the crystal decanter we purchased as a present to our friends arrived with the silver engraved top not glued properly with glue residues everywhere and a dent in the silver top. As we were pressed for time, we decided to give it our friends, who will try and sort/glue the silver top elsewhere. it is a shame as the decanter itself is beuatiful but this experience spoiled the whole thing.

Bought for my son’s 16th birthday. Chain didn’t have an end ring, so really fiddly to secure through the links of chain. Was very shiny (almost shimmery) He didn’t like it.

Unfortunately the script I chose when ordering was not the one that arrived. A fundamental part of my order. I did not have time to return as it was a present. Personally I could not order again due to lack of confidence

The earrings are ok, but the gift box and packing was awful I got earings in a ring gift box not what I expected for the price of small silver earings

The order was delivered quickly but sadly, this was the only positive. The incorrect item was sent and it was clearly a rushed job with poor attention to detail. The bangle was not symmetrical and highly disappointing resulting in a return. It is such a shame that more attention is not paid to fulfilling orders correctly and quality assuring products over the turnaround time.

I liked the necklace until I took it out the box and it has a massive knot in it and I'm not able to get it out

I'm very disappointed if I'm honest my nieces bangle came and it doesn't fit her which cost me £54 now I didn't mind that 1 bit BUT ive emailed twice and no response at all !very disappointed

I received the item and I was extremely disappointed, it was cheap and flimsy looking and not what I expected. It’s a shame as I have ordered from this company before and was happy with the product.

I was unhappy with my order when it arrived, and it said on their website that you needed to email them for a refund. So I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, but I never got a reply. I rang them in the end, and they said you don't have to request a refund you just send it back to the PO Box address on their website. I wasn't happy with my product, the misleading info on the website and the fact that I never had a response from them.

Hi, Thank you for your review and recent order. Since Brexit all of our European orders are no longer subject to VAT in this country. I am glad to have this opportunity to tell you that I am NOT pleased. I bought a silver penknife in the hope that it would replace my friend's stainless steel family heirloom that was taken from him on the memorable occasion of paying homage to our late Queens coffin. I hoped it would go in some measure to console the loss. However, when I opened the well-wrapped item, to my horror I see this crudely engraved silver penknife. I tried the knife out and again was disappointed as I think it would only cut butter!!! I did feel like phoning you up but thought better of it. After all, it was I who thought it would be a great idea to have it engraved. It looks like something from a Xmas cracker instead of £180 worth of silver.

I ordered a silver engraved bracelet covered in black marks. When I attempted to wipe them, they smeared all over the bracelet. When I called Hersey to query this, I spoke to a woman who was not at all apologetic and actually a little rude. She told me it just the stuff used to polish left on the bracelet and I could attempt to get it off. When I explained I had already tried, she said I could return it and they would clean it. Firstly, it was a gift and I didn't have time to return it. Secondly, it should have been sent in a suitable condition in the first place! Very unhappy customer.

The bangle was exquisite quality but far too small for a ladies item. Information about size was totally inadequate. had to return it unfortunately, which incurred extra expense as it had to be insured.
