“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I recently bought a pair of cufflinks from Hersey for a 21st, I was very late ordering and thought it was likely I would miss the actual birthday. In fact, I recevied a beautiful, engraved pair of silver cufflinks the day after I ordered them. The service was incredible and the quality excellent too. Will definitely order again. thank you.”

“Lovely bracelet and earrings. Arrived on time. Only small negative was that the Evri delivery of a small jiffy bag was left on full view on my doorstep for anyone to pick up and it could easily have been put through my letter box. You may want to think about changing your delivery service and have your products signed for, not just a photo.”
