“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I bought the heritage bracelet about a fortnight. It arrived 2 days later. It was beautifully packaged. When I saw the bracelet I was thrilled and it hasn't been off my wrist since. I've been complemented by friends as its quite noticeable. The silver is bright and the design is simple yet complex and the links are smooth. Its gorgeous.”
