“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I ordered a 21st birthday silver key ring with personalised engraving. I received confirmation of my order promptly. Thinking about the efficient service I realised I had not ordered the engraving! I sent an email to stop the order going out over a w/e. Service was excellent Hersey sent me an email assuring me the engraving would be done and I would still receive the gift in time. It was my mistake, the service rectifying it was 1st class. Grandson loved his gift! Thank you Hersey staff.”

“I’m always a bit hesitant of ordering online, without being able to first view the jewellery, but the product as exactly as described, and as shown on their website. Great service and I was really impressed with the quality of the necklace. It was sent out quickly, and was just what I was looking for. “Beautiful sliver bangle, brought as a gift for special occasion. The bangle is completely faultless, beautiful and true to description.
