“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I bought a skeepsake silver bracelet for my nephew. It looked beautiful in the images the website provided. The delivery was quick and smooth. The bracelet looked even more beautiful in real life, my nephew absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend and I will be using Hersey and Son again and again in the future, I am sure.”

“Very pleased with the silver dog tag key rings I ordered. I did a lot of research before placing the order, and Hersheys were competitively priced, and seemed to have a good reputation. I ordered one day, and they came very very quickly. The engraving was just as I wanted. The key rings look good quality, and were beautifuly packed. Very pleased.”

“Absolutely beautiful bangle we brought for our daughters 21st birthday. The quality is perfection , you can see that time , love and attention to detail has gone in to making it . It came beautifully gift wrapped , in a lovely box , little pouch and a cleaning cloth and i purchased the gift bag. Would definitely recommend and i am totally satisfied with my purchase. Delivery was excellent too Very happy customer.”
