“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I ordered a hammered polished bangle for my partner for Christmas which unfortunately was too big (I guessed the size) so I reached out to the Team at Hersey and requested to return this, which they responded very quickly and the return/refund was processed. I ordered the same bangle then in a smaller size, which arrived very quickly. Both bangles I received were beautifully crafted and will make such a special gift. Fantastic customer service and beautifully crafted jewellery.”

“I have purchased items from you in the past which I was extremely pleased with. This time the service was excellent and I received the item quicker than expected. I did not ask for the item to be engraved but wished afterwards I had. The person I gave it to was delighted with it.”
