“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I am happy to recommend this Company to any prospective buyer! They go that extra step to please and their care is appreciated. I bought a silver bangle for my daughter-in-law's 50th Birthday and had it engraved and she was delighted with it. I have bought her a pendant with a daisy flower on it this year, and I know she will be pleased. I have also bought gold-plated earrings, which are lovely. They treat their customers with the utmost care and it is so easy to contact them and also use their website. Goods are despatched promptly, so no long wait, and they arrive carefully packed in a Hersey box, with a cleaning cloth. The items always feel very special, as does their service.”
