“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“Beautiful sliver bangle, brought as a gift for special occasion. The bangle is completely faultless, beautiful and true to description. Really lovely quality the recipient of the gift was over the moon. Engraving gave the gift that extra special touch. Would highly recommend again and look forward to purchasing again in the future.”

“Really nice product, it was also posted super quick. The bracelet has a lovely finish, chose the artisan matt and it is great. Shame they don't show it on the photos but worth going for it. Also excellent customer service both on the phone and email.”

“I was a little hesitant about ordering a special piece of jewellery with engraving online. However, I placed the order on a Wednesday evening and it was delivered by Friday lunchtime Less than 48 hours later. The bangle was a good weight and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend Hersey and Son and would order from then again.”

“I ordered a dog tag with my son's BMX race number...he loves it! It was a bit last minute as I was struggling for ideas but the order process was simple and it came very quickly which was a relief! It was well presented and looks great.”
