“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“What an amazing company. I needed a bracelet as a gift earlier than I thought, I emailed to see if they could help me. I got a reply so quickly. The bracelet I chose was engraved for me and sent out for next day delivery. It’s beautiful and my grandson loved it! I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service and bracelet. Thank you.”
