“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“My husband ordered bracelets for himself and highly reccomended Hersey and sons for there quality products and superb customer service. So I ordered a mans bracelet for my sons 50th, it was beautiful, and so was the engraving on the inside. I also ordered a T bar necklace for my daughter in law for her 50th which was very pretty, im sure they are going to love them.. super fast delvery too! And beautifully packaged .”
