“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“Ordered a beautiful little expanding bracelet. (engraved with her name) for our eight-month old granddaughter as a keepsake for Christmas. It was delivered extremely quickly - in a very nice box with dust bag! We are so pleased with it and Baby Lyla’s parents are too! On Christmas Day she tried her bracelet on and was very keen to play with the presentation box!! The photo looks posed but was actually just a lucky shot!!! Thank you very much Stewart for a perfect transaction and a gift which will be treasured!”

“The post on the back of the earring is not strong and one butterfly on the back of earring does not have a hole so does not hold the earring in the ear. The front of earring is nice. And also bought a bracelet which is also nice.”
