Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I am happy to recommend this Company to any prospective buyer! They go that extra step to please and their care is appreciated. I bought a silver bangle for my daughter-in-law's 50th Birthday and had it engraved and she was delighted with it. I have bought her a pendant with a daisy flower on it this year, and I know she will be pleased. I have also bought gold-plated earrings, which are lovely. They treat their customers with the utmost care and it is so easy to contact them and also use their website. Goods are despatched promptly, so no long wait, and they arrive carefully packed in a Hersey box, with a cleaning cloth. The items always feel very special, as does their service.”

“The photograph of the necklace I ordered appeared to display additional link holes, which I had presumed would enable me to extend the chain. Aside from this, my experience was excellent. I needed to order a longer chain, and the exchange process was straightforward. After a brief phone call to clarify the exchange and extra cost, I received the chain on the very next day. I would certainly consider purchasing from them again.”

The returns policy is very clear and I received an acknowledgement of my reurn the next day with a refund approved. The whole sevice was excellent and only due to my mistake was there a problem.
