“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“We purchased 3 silver T bar necklaces for our bridesmaids, to be presented at our wedding reception in April. They are really lovely and a good weight. In fact we love them so much we’ve also purchased another one along with a silver bangle (engraved) for our daughter’s 50th birthday. Superb service, quick delivery and excellent quality. “I recently bought a pair of cufflinks from Hersey for a 21st, I was very late ordering and thought it was likely I would miss the actual birthday. In fact, I recevied a beautiful, engraved pair of silver cufflinks the day after I ordered them. The service was incredible and the quality excellent too. Will definitely order again. thank you.”
