“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“Absolutely brilliant and quality looks good,especially the pendant.My first T -bar necklace!The chain and lock seem bit delicate to me though I have been wearing everssince it arrived with no issues till now ! Also very fast delivery and safely shipped item. I just went by all positive reviews on website and don't regret a bit !
