“Exceptional service rarely received sadly these days! First found item on line (silver bangle) - had a query regarding weight of silver, so sent a message. Received telephone reply back with 12 hours and proceeded to order item on line …it was a 70th birthday present … Rotal Mail actually managed to deliver within 48 hours. Package was beautifully wrapped and Silver bangle as EXACTLY what the recipient ….ME …. Wanted ! Hersey outdid every stall In Portobello Road and several at Silver Vaults !! Well done and thank you from this v happy and spoilt 70 year old”

“I ordered a cross and chain for my son's confirmation. It was beautiful, a good weight and size, and arrived quickly. I had his name engraved on it and that was beautifully done too. My son loved it (and he is rather choosy!) Really happy with my purchase and with Hersey. Would definitely recommend.”
