“Excellent! How absolutely fabulous in this day and age to get great service, and quality products and a price you can afford, especially for a special occassion - well done Hersey & Son. I ordered the gorgeous childs heart bracelet with an engraving for my grand-daughter's 1st Birthday. I was unsure about the engraving, so called and spoke to your staff (twice!). The lady was very understanding, and made me feel it wasn't a problem - thank you. I made my decision, ordered the engraved bracelet, which arrived the following day - wow! I'll be shopping again. I've already recommended you to friends and family.”

“The photograph of the necklace I ordered appeared to display additional link holes, which I had presumed would enable me to extend the chain. Aside from this, my experience was excellent. I needed to order a longer chain, and the exchange process was straightforward. After a brief phone call to clarify the exchange and extra cost, I received the chain on the very next day. I would certainly consider purchasing from them again.”

“I ordered a torque type cuff for my wife. It came very quickly. Unfortunately I had got the size wrong. The returns policy is very clear and I received an acknowledgement of my reurn the next day with a refund approved. The whole sevice was excellent and only due to my mistake was there a problem. I'm now looking at an alternative, with my wife, at the site and will purchase again soon.”

“Amazing. Simply Amazing the silver quality was lovely and thick, the engraving was specially done on the inside of the christening bracelet for us at request and looked incredible with the accomodation of special characters interdots and love hearts. Very well packaged and presented and expedited next day which was incredibly helpful. Thank you all so much for your help!”
