“I have used your company many times in the past and have always been very happy however this time you have excelled. Despite great difficulties with Royal Mail delivering to the wrong house and then saying they couldn’t retrieve it Eraina went way beyond the call of duty to help rectify the situation and ensure a replacement was sent to me immediately and took up the challenge to get a refund from Royal Mail.
