“I rang before I placed an order to check sizing and the support was really helpful. Bangle came the next day with the engraving which is quite faint. It looks quite small width wise so that’s the down size of buying online as you can’t see the product. However the service was amazing and it was good being able to speak to a person !”

“Lovely silver cuff. Quick delivery . Sadly the engraving due to the font is hardly legible which is a shame. I’ve ordered from you before and the engraving was much sharper. Was for a friends 60th so quite disappointed as she won’t be able to read the message and spent ages deciding on the message”

“Very good,efficient service and pleasant to deal with cos I had made a slight error with my order that they were quick to rectify However having reordered head and tail sixpence cufflinks, the head is queen elizabeth and the tail is king George vi. My son, the recipient, may or may not notice. But if he does I maybe getting in touch with you.”

“The necklace and pendant are lovely and the engraving is exactly what I ordered. Very fast delivery and a very good experience would recommend. The only downside was the cardboard box that holds the jewellery - doesn’t match the quality of what’s inside. I will buy a better box to gift.”

“Purchased the STERLING SILVER TUBULAR VASE 15cm as a silver wedding anniversary gift for my wife, as that is not until February’26 I can’t say if she will like it, but I am very pleased with my purchase. The vase is stunning, and the engraving perfect, easy to order and arrived promptly, only negative is that for a £600 purchase, the cardboard presentation box is fairly disappointing.”
