The bangle is lovely and beautifully made but it is very small. I purchased it for my sons girlfriends 21st and lucky she is a very small person otherwise it would not have fitted. I am a clothes size 18 and could not get the bangle on over my knuckles. So this is something to definitely think about if you want to purchase this bangle.

Thanks for the review, and we are glad you like the bangle. The bangle does expand to fit larger hands, so we are not sure if you tried that? We certainly haven't heard of any problems with fit in the past, so we just wanted to reassure you! Kind regards, Hersey & Son.

Whilst very happy with the quality of the products that the Hersey’s website offers, it is probably one of the hardest to navigate that I have ever used. The search facility is rather hit and miss and the ordering system difficult to follow. I returned to Hersey’s as I had already purchased items which required engraving and thought that I had learned all the pitfalls and nuances - sadly I had not and although I had filled in all the required detail for engraving I did not even realise that it had not appeared on the order. Luckily, despite being perfectly wrapped, I opened it to check it was suitable and noticed the missing engraving. On checking I realised that I had not paid for engraving and so cannot quibble, but I was still left feeling a massive wariness of the website and therefore Hersey.

The delivery was fast as was my refund of the cost the medals when I had to return. The St Christopher medal were far too small in my opinion for a man but the description did show the size, but the engraving was lovely, so my mistake . Whilst the medals and chains are reasonablly priced, it was an expensive mistake. I won't be buying any jewellery online again- too risky, and i found exactly what I wanted in a local jewellers.

It could have been better. I ordered an item and paid extra for it to be engraved. It turned up quick enough, but they forget to engrave it. They almost redeemed themselves with a quick refund.

I ordered a small silver St Christopher for my son and while I generally like the product I was a little disappointed in the finish of the product. There was still polishing residue on the piece and the polish on the front detail could have perhaps been a little higher as there are areas that seem a little rough. Obviously, I realise I can take a toothbrush and clean it with some soap but I still think the product could have been delivered in a more finished state.

Nice product spoilt by thoughtless packaging. I ordered a coaster and a silver pendant on a chain. The small box containing the chain was open in the despatch box and the tissue all over the place and the chain floating around loose inside the box. It should really have had an elastic band at least to keep it closed. Luckily the chain does not seem dsmaged. The coaster was beautifully wrapped in tissue and sleaed with company stickers, so I had to tear the tissue getting the stivckers off to look at the item. Not ideal Someone did not go to the movies on these issues. Best to have left the tissue in the gift bag along with the stickers so i could wrap it myself. As these items were gifts it was important to be able to check them out before handing themover.

Lovely quality bracelet but I ordered a large and couldn’t get it on my wrist. I wanted a large so there would be movement but unfortunately I will be returning. Disappointing.

It's a nice piece of silver . As a bracelet, it looks very good but is too sharp on the inside edges . It's scratching the hand every time put it on or taking off . I would expect more finess . In the picture looks great 👌

I have brought a number of mens cuffs from Hersey and have found them to be great quality. However this latest one is unfortunately the exception. It is quick to tarnish (tarnished within hours of wearing).

Very nicely made silverware at a reasonable price however I didn't receive the beaker I ordered and when I offered to keep it, rather than exchange, I was offer the bare minimum refund of the difference. So customer service is questionable but assuming you get what you wanted in the first place, you will probably not be disappointed.

Smaller than I hoped. Should have taken more notice to the measurements- still work in old money, so cm or mm are pointless to me. Anyway, silver being silver it obviously costs more to have solid silver rather than ENP .

Bought a silver T-bar heavy round belcher bracelet. The bracelet is beautiful, very pleased with it. However, the link from the bracelet to the large loop that the t-bar goes through is a very cheap and thin link that is not sealed in any way. On just the 2nd day of wearing it fell apart. I can't understand why you'd make something so beautiful and finish it off so poorly. Need to take it to a jeweler to get a decent link put on that is secure.

Hi Nicola I'm not sure what happened here. We don't normally use thin links in this bracelet at all so I suppose it's possible that one of our silversmiths used a wrong link in error. In any case, apologies for that and hopefully we have resolved this issue for you now. Kind regards Stewart Hersey
