“The ordering and delivery was fine - timely and easy to do. However, the size of box was disappointing. Even though the measurements were given, it is very small and I feel even given the high price of silver at the moment, not value for money. I think that a warning should be added to remind customers abroad of potential customs fees. The fee I paid was equal to 40% of price so it meant it was much expensive than I anticipated. This was my fault for not checking but it would be helpful if you reminded international customers that customs duties may be added.”

“Visually its a nice piece when worn but very thin material. But my personal message engraving is poor , extremely faint and barely visible after a few days being worn. Also the under side not polished so looks tarnished also. I'm unsure if this is because the piece is fairly thin or just "that do workmanship" They let themselves down here and only give the whole price 6/10 which is a shame as it had such promise to really be magnificent.”

“Nice product and quick delivery. Asked for engraving but it didn't state it would be on the inside which was a shame as I wanted it on the outside of the bangle.”

“Good necklace but the returns portal is quite expensive. £3.80 to use the returns portal + the cost of returning the package. Post was sent out quickly though”

“The bangle is lovely and beautifully made but it is very small. I purchased it for my sons girlfriends 21st and lucky she is a very small person otherwise it would not have fitted. I am a clothes size 18 and could not get the bangle on over my knuckles. So this is something to definitely think about if you want to purchase this bangle.”
