“Hersey have a very easy to use website and their delivery was rapid and efficient. The napkin rings were a Christmas present to our son’s family, but sadly were not the same as four rings we bought earlier. So we had to return the rings to Hersey and wait until the heavier rings will be in stock. An email to Hersey confirmed their receipt and a refund sent immediately. We look forward to learning that the heavier rings are in stock so we can reorder and finally give our son’s family their belated Christmas present!”

“We have recently made three purchases from Hersey and on every occasion have been impressed by their service. It is good to be able to speak to a human and on each occasion they have been really helpful and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of their jewellery is excellent and without doubt we shall be purchasing from them again. We cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“There silver is out of this world! It’s solid and well worth money !! I have two bangles and a halo ring, I got sizing wrong of the ring and the people were pleasant and I had no trouble at all. I would recommend and always get my silver from here.”
