I purchased an item for next day delivery, it didn’t turn up. I sent an email straight away as the item had yellow colouring on, I’ve been sent an email to send the item back. Which is assumed I have to pay for the return My husband has worn the item twice as I didn’t think there was any point sending the item back, the bracelet has gone black. I have worn a silver bracelet for 2years everyday. And it’s never discoloured like this. this is questioning if this Is this actual Sterling silver?

Hi Kavita, thank you for your comments. We did despatch your order placed on the Friday, and it was delivered on the following Monday which is the next working day as stated on our website. Sorry if this didn't meet your expectations. The recent hot weather can affect silver when in contact with skin, but a rub with the provided cleaning cloth will sort that out, but if you prefer just send it back and we will sort it out for you or refund it. The hallmark on the bracelet assures the silver content so you don't need to worry about that. Kind regards, Hersey & Son

Horrible service royal mail lost 2 bags of products and I was just left hanging with no information unless I contacted them have now asked for refund as I've ordered a similar item else where not happy

Items bought for granddaughters 18 birthday, Very disappointed with the quality of the birthday month gem stone,(July) not as shown on the website, very dull and uninspiring. Initial very small and insignificant, would not buy again from your website.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the ruby gem stone, we use natural stones for our jewellery so they can vary in colour. I ordered the letter C for my girlfriend to wear as a necklace. The C keeps getting tangled in the metal loop it’s linked too. Really poor design. Takes us about 20 minutes to untangle every day. Really dissapointed. Could easily be solved by making the linked ring part smaller so it doesn’t have the space to get tangled on the inside of the C. Please contact me directly as I cannot find any contact information and I’m not happy with this purchase. Even just to re-order with a smaller link so that it doesn’t get tangled.

Wrong necklace sent. Ordered brown ended up with black. Paid for engraving, no engraving on chain. Such a shame as a 30th gift. No response to e mail. Phone lines closed

I brought a bracelet for my son birthday present and he wore is for one day indoors and the name has worn of it I took it off straight away looks cheap I just couldn't believe it as I brought of here before kids bracelet for the same son never had a problem with it but sadly it got lost that's why we thought we would get him another one from the same place but not as good this time round I'm not happy with the product.

I ordered a bangle as a Christmas present, it came with a dent in! I sent it back like I was asked and was promised a new one would be sent in time for Christmas. I have now spent £5 sending it back 1st class by Royal Mail, and now they aren’t replying to my emails about this issue. I have spent £130 not got what I paid for and now have no Christmas present in time!

Not good. The gift purchased was for a person retiring from work after many years. The failure to deliver meant the gift could not be presented to her by the staff. This was very disappointing indeed. You were aware that the package was not collected and that you could not meet the delivery time undertaking but no notice was given to us. Not good at all. The product itself is very good. Your website is not helpful either. Shame.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE AS IT WAS A REPLACEMENT FOR ONE VERY SIMULAR THAT I LOST AS MY ORIGINAL BELONGED TO MY HUSBAND WHO I SADLY LOST. IT IS SO VERY THIN AND CHEAP LOOKING AND FAR TO SMALL EVEN FOR ME. I AM NOT SENDING IT BACK AS ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND I WILL NEVER WEAR IT. NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID EITHER

I bought an engraved silver golf ball marker as a Christmas present for my son in-law a keen golfer. The marker is ridiculously small, approximately the size of a 0.5p coin and the cost is extortionate for that size marker. When I received the package I initially thought the bag was empty. I do feel it is a little aggrieved at having paid so much for the marker given the size. Nearly all other golf markers are a minimum 20mm+. I imagine it will be lost quickly or not used as so small and thin a waste of good money and slightly embarrassing to have given it as a present! I won't be shopping at Hersey again!

Gift still not arrived despite it being 10 days since ordering and at the time was quoted 2-5day delivery - no gift for Xmas - very poor service.
