I ordered the letter C for my girlfriend to wear as a necklace. The C keeps getting tangled in the metal loop it’s linked too. Really poor design. Takes us about 20 minutes to untangle every day. Really dissapointed. Could easily be solved by making the linked ring part smaller so it doesn’t have the space to get tangled on the inside of the C. Please contact me directly as I cannot find any contact information and I’m not happy with this purchase. Even just to re-order with a smaller link so that it doesn’t get tangled.

Wrong necklace sent. Ordered brown ended up with black. Paid for engraving, no engraving on chain. Such a shame as a 30th gift. No response to e mail. Phone lines closed

I brought a bracelet for my son birthday present and he wore is for one day indoors and the name has worn of it I took it off straight away looks cheap I just couldn't believe it as I brought of here before kids bracelet for the same son never had a problem with it but sadly it got lost that's why we thought we would get him another one from the same place but not as good this time round I'm not happy with the product.

I ordered a bangle as a Christmas present, it came with a dent in! I sent it back like I was asked and was promised a new one would be sent in time for Christmas. I have now spent £5 sending it back 1st class by Royal Mail, and now they aren’t replying to my emails about this issue. I have spent £130 not got what I paid for and now have no Christmas present in time!

Not good. The gift purchased was for a person retiring from work after many years. The failure to deliver meant the gift could not be presented to her by the staff. This was very disappointing indeed. You were aware that the package was not collected and that you could not meet the delivery time undertaking but no notice was given to us. Not good at all. The product itself is very good. Your website is not helpful either. Shame.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE AS IT WAS A REPLACEMENT FOR ONE VERY SIMULAR THAT I LOST AS MY ORIGINAL BELONGED TO MY HUSBAND WHO I SADLY LOST. IT IS SO VERY THIN AND CHEAP LOOKING AND FAR TO SMALL EVEN FOR ME. I AM NOT SENDING IT BACK AS ITS TOO MUCH TROUBLE AND I WILL NEVER WEAR IT. NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID EITHER

I bought an engraved silver golf ball marker as a Christmas present for my son in-law a keen golfer. The marker is ridiculously small, approximately the size of a 0.5p coin and the cost is extortionate for that size marker. When I received the package I initially thought the bag was empty. I do feel it is a little aggrieved at having paid so much for the marker given the size. Nearly all other golf markers are a minimum 20mm+. I imagine it will be lost quickly or not used as so small and thin a waste of good money and slightly embarrassing to have given it as a present! I won't be shopping at Hersey again!

We have been processing all our orders and dispatching as quickly as possible to give them the best chance to arrive before Christmas. Gift still not arrived despite it being 10 days since ordering and at the time was quoted 2-5day delivery - no gift for Xmas - very poor service.

Hello. I ordered and paid kids bracelet, as a NY present for my son. Few weeks after I got a message from DHL delivery, that they already 11 years didn’t deliver to Russian individuals., and they return the box back. After that Your manager told, that it’s not their problem and “as a good will” they will return money for bracelet and for delivery. They even can’t organize another delivery company. Such a pity experience with Your company I was so disappointed.

The bracelet arrived and the tag was missing I was advised to send it back to have it fitted that week and heard nothing since this is a Christmas present. Kind regards Bryan

I'm still waiting for my item to arrive, it has been over a week and not 2 to 5 days as advertised. I have contacted the company and advised item had not arrived, they asked for my delivery address I have heard nothing since! I have contacted the post office after being in a queue for 20 mins to see of any issues to which they said no. I tried to call the number listed for Hershey, this is unobtainable. I am now having to go through the bank to get my money back. I really did not need this hassle and have come to the conclusion this is a dody company, if they weren't they would have come back to me, instead I feel like an idiot as I have been had over!

Dear Katie, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am very sorry that your sixpence has not arrived, of course we made it and sent it to you but the Post Office has let us down. It was sent first class but it is not tracked as you didn’t specify or pay for a next day delivery. Our telephone number is obtainable and answered during office hours, there is also an answer phone for leaving messages. I’m also sorry that you felt the need to leave a bad review as we work very hard to provide a good service for our customers, we are certainly not a dodgy company as you write! Although the bangle is good quality, I chose this company for quality. I paid £12.99 for delivery on a Saturday for it to be put through my letterbox (account hen I was in) my dog destroyed everything except the bangle, the response from the company - complain to your local Post office! Hersey sent me a new box, not great when it was a gift, poor customer service imo
