“Arrived in amazingingly quick time. I had checked that the item would have a London 2025 hallmark, (A) but in fact it was 2024 (Z) which is not a big problem, so presumably they have a stock of these. The engraving is lovely, but, as is now nearly always the case, is done with a machine and so although it is perfect it lacks the detail and human touch of traditional engraving (although obviously it is much cheaper and quicker). If I could, I would have bought this item from an old-fashioned high street family jewellers - some things need to be seen and touched before buying. But we're now in the age of Internet shopping, so these shops have now almost all closed. Hersey & Son were very responsive to a couple of chat queries I sent. Overall, excellent service.”

“St Christopher dog tag and ball chain. This was a replacement for my son who lost his original from 11 years ago. We were both so pleased to be able to order it still.
