“Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of the two items I bought - a napkin holder for my husband and a button-hole vase for my son; both to be used at our son's wedding. “Cufflinks are beautiful and arrived extremely promptly. Had to be returned because the engraving was incorrect, but this was fixed the next day and I was refunded the cost of the return delivery. Hasn't put me off using Hersey & Son, and I've bought two more pieces, both of which have been quick and perfect.”
