“A lovely experience from beginning to end. The website is a pleasure and I love the family history, continuing the values and the standards of craftsmanship. Sounds like a great team of people who really care! I ordered the Sterling Silver Sideways Cross Necklace and swiftly received confirmation from Eraina that it was on its way - a lovely personal touch. The necklace is beautiful, so soft and gentle and sits so well on the skin. It was such a pleasure to receive, beautifully packaged and presented in a lovely box with cleaning cloth. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!”

“This is the second time I've ordered from Hersey and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. I needed to call them with a query prior to ordering and the customer service was fantastic. They really went the extra mile. The products are great and my item was despatched on the day I ordered it even though it was engraved. Brilliant!”
