“I first used Hersey when I was searching online for something for my husband, which I also got engraved. I was very impressed at how quickly the goods were despatched even when engraving was involved. I have since made many purchases from them. From time to time I have needed to ask a question or to make a particular request, and all of the staff have always been very pleasant and efficient”

“I bought an engraved silver golf ball marker as a Christmas present for my son in-law a keen golfer. The marker is ridiculously small, approximately the size of a 0.5p coin and the cost is extortionate for that size marker. When I received the package I initially thought the bag was empty. I do feel it is a little aggrieved at having paid so much for the marker given the size. Nearly all other golf markers are a minimum 20mm+. I imagine it will be lost quickly or not used as so small and thin a waste of good money and slightly embarrassing to have given it as a present! I won't be shopping at Hersey again!”

“Ordered the bangle just before Christmas in the midst of the postal strike not expecting to get here in time but lo and behold it arrived in time and I was very impressed by the quality,design, price and presentation! So excellent product and great service! What more can I ask for? Definitely will use Hersey's again.”

“Sometimes when you order jewellery online and you personalise it and the item just can't be returned, but after reading the reviews on Hersey and all the services it gave before purchasing an item I felt much more at ease and not as concerned anymore. The step-by-step setting up the item of jewellery that met my requirements, along with being able to place the engraving both inside and out was a refreshing change.”
