“I bought this gift for my granddaughter as part of her Christmas and I think it's lovely. The goods arrived promptly just before the Royal Mail strike! The silversmiths are extremely talented and I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends.”

“I was unhappy with my order when it arrived, and it said on their website that you needed to email them for a refund. So I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, but I never got a reply. I rang them in the end, and they said you don't have to request a refund you just send it back to the PO Box address on their website. I wasn't happy with my product, the misleading info on the website and the fact that I never had a response from them.”

We pride ourselves on our customer service and usually reply to all our customers as quickly as possible. Dear Ann, I'm sorry that you felt you needed to leave a negative review for your order. We have been processing all our orders and dispatching as quickly as possible to give them the best chance to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, as I am sure you must be aware, there are regular postal strikes which are delaying the arrival of items. This is out of our control. Kind regards Hersey Silversmiths

Hi, Thank you for your review and recent order. Since Brexit all of our European orders are no longer subject to VAT in this country. This is now charged in the country of destination and may incur a handling fee. We sadly have no control over the amount that is charged. With many thanks Hersey Silversmiths

“I have bought items from Hersey over the last few years and have always found the items and service to be excellent. I recently ordered a pair of cuff links for my future son-in-law for him to wear on his wedding day. Unfortunately they disappeared into the Royal Mail black hole and it looked like he would not get them in time. Julia stepped in and sent out a new set engraved as requested which arrived the following day by DHL in time for the wedding. Awesome service and the cuff links are perfect…… Thank you so much Julia!”

“This is the third necklace we have ordered from Hersey. I ordered the tree of life pendant to give to my sister as a Christmas and thank you present for being my rock this year since I have been battling breast cancer. I wanted something with meaning and this necklace signifies that. It is very well made, and came very well presented in its own little box with care instructions.”
