“Highly recommended. I telephoned a couple of times to ask about the silver napkin rings that I was interested in purchasing and the ladies I spoke to were very helpful. My order arrived the day after I placed my order. The engraved initials that I requested were brilliant…..a quality product and excellent service. Very happy customer.”

“A lovely experience from beginning to end. The website is a pleasure and I love the family history, continuing the values and the standards of craftsmanship. Sounds like a great team of people who really care! I ordered the Sterling Silver Sideways Cross Necklace and swiftly received confirmation from Eraina that it was on its way - a lovely personal touch. The necklace is beautiful, so soft and gentle and sits so well on the skin. It was such a pleasure to receive, beautifully packaged and presented in a lovely box with cleaning cloth.
