“I bought a lovely sterling silver St. Christopher necklace which I also paid to have engraved. I was initially a little nervous about purchasing from an online jewellers who I had never heard of before, but my worries were unfounded. My necklace arrived and I couldn't be happier with it. It is just what I had been searching for over the past few months! The engraving I requested was engraved on the back and was professionally carried out. I was also impressed with how quickly my item arrived. Needleds to say I am happy to recommend this company and would perdonally use them again.”

“Earrings were perfect and just as shown. The service was excellent. It was so nice to receive well packaged jewellery in a lovely box, wrapped in logo tissue. Great to be given a silver cloth too. A very nice touch. Thank you.”

“I purchased an item for next day delivery, it didn’t turn up. I sent an email straight away as the item had yellow colouring on, I’ve been sent an email to send the item back. Which is assumed I have to pay for the return My husband has worn the item twice as I didn’t think there was any point sending the item back, the bracelet has gone black. I have worn a silver bracelet for 2years everyday. And it’s never discoloured like this. this is questioning if this Is this actual Sterling silver?”

Hi Kavita, thank you for your comments. We did despatch your order placed on the Friday, and it was delivered on the following Monday which is the next working day as stated on our website. Sorry if this didn't meet your expectations. The recent hot weather can affect silver when in contact with skin, but a rub with the provided cleaning cloth will sort that out, but if you prefer just send it back and we will sort it out for you or refund it. “Chunky bracelet… beautiful looks amazing on and a nice weight. Customer service brilliant: I was unsure of it was too big and they replied promptly re an exchange but I decide it was fine. Used this company a few times for gifts and this the first time for myself… love the fact a small UK busy. Would def recommend and I’ll use again.”
