“Hersey provided a prompt and efficient service and the extra care taken with packaging of my purchase was a level of customer care rarely seen. My purchase was wrapped very carefully in several varying layers affording it the best possible protection during transit and for storing once received; to complete the seamless shopping experience, a silver polishing cloth was also provided.”

“I purchased a silver cocktail stirrer for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was delivered on time, in perfect condition and beautifully presented/wrapped. She is delighted with it. It is obvious that so much care had been taken in making, wrapping and delivering the gift. Absolutely perfect. It is my policy to buy from traditional providers and that policy has worked again.”

“I ordered a few items, a heart necklace, hoop earrings and a star keyring. Everything was better than expected. I got the keyring with the Sterling silver clasp - it's gorgeous. I'm going to get the heart key ring as a gift. The hoops are great, not flimsy and the solid silver heart and chain are simply beautiful.”
