“Very quick service. I had ordered from another supplier a silver Cross and chain but when it came it felt tinny and cheap. The cross looked too big and although I'd measured it the cross was bigger. I ordered the silver cross and chain from Hersey to be delivered next working day. The quality was evident. A beautiful piece of jewellery and arrived in plenty of time to save the day. He loved it. Thank you”

“I ordered the bangle as a gift for my daughter in law, as yet she hasn't recived it. The package arrived beautifully wrapped so much so i dont want to open it. The website was easily navigated and package arrived promptly, I would definitely purchase from Hersey again”

“My wife wanted me to have a memorable gift for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and after some research we settled on the solid silver belcher wrist chain by Hersey. I rang to get to some advice on sizing and dealt with a charming member of staff- we placed the order which was delivered the following day by Royal Mail special delivery at no additional cost. I have gathered wrist bands over the years but this one is special- high quality, beautifully crafted and perfectly sized. I know it will have many years use. Thank you very much indeed. “Unfortunately the expanding silver bangle was too large for my wrist, but the quality was fantastic . However I’ve got my eye on another bracelet and will be ordering very soon. The returns process was super fast too, will definitely be recommending to friends and family”

“I bought a cross and chain for my granddaughter’s baptism I am very pleased with it and the presentation box and bag came with I had a name engraved on the back, which looks good. There was an issue with the lettering and I received a phone call the next day to confirm my wishes. Thank you”
