“I ordered a hammered polished bangle for my partner for Christmas which unfortunately was too big (I guessed the size) so I reached out to the Team at Hersey and requested to return this, which they responded very quickly and the return/refund was processed. I ordered the same bangle then in a smaller size, which arrived very quickly. Both bangles I received were beautifully crafted and will make such a special gift. Fantastic customer service and beautifully crafted jewellery.”

“Hersey showed as an option during a google search whilst looking for a sterling silver necklace. Which they confirmed, by email return as solid silver 925. Silver plating was not an option as this was to be a present that would be worn every day. I decided to purchase the necklace and another sterling silver chain from Hersey as I trusted it to be as it informed; a Silversmiths. The silver is beautiful with unquestionable lustre. Also, before doing the review I scrolled through and decided to go ahead because of the anonymous option as I don’t like my name posted.”
