“My bracelet arrived very quickly but I was disappointed as the clasps was broken, but Hersey were so helpful i returned the bracelet and got a refund with out any trouble. I am now going to reorder from them for a replacement. Can ask for better customer service.”

“Honestly no complaints here; ordered from Germany and received the package about 1 week later with no complications (some delay but nothing dramatic). Yes, 20€ shipping + taxes are quite a lot but 60€ for well-made silver necklace are still very reasonable for me. If”

“Found a chunky bracelet. Measured my wrist. Needed 7 and a half. This was out of stock. Emailed and they immediately let me know when the size was back in stock. Ordered and it arrived within two days. Unfortunately it was too big so I returned it and got a smaller size. Again all very quick and easy. The bracelet is heavy and chunky - love it.”
