“Very quick service. I had ordered from another supplier a silver Cross and chain but when it came it felt tinny and cheap. The cross looked too big and although I'd measured it the cross was bigger. I ordered the silver cross and chain from Hersey to be delivered next working day. The quality was evident. A beautiful piece of jewellery and arrived in plenty of time to save the day. He loved it. I rang to get to some advice on sizing and dealt with a charming member of staff- we placed the order which was delivered the following day by Royal Mail special delivery at no additional cost.
